Absolutely awesome location - you've got restaurants, shops, and the closest ski lift just a 2-minute drive or bus ride away. The staff? Super friendly, always there to lend a hand. We had a hiccup at the airport, ended up arriving super late - but they left the apartment keys and a note for us. Always on the ball, always quick to reply. Hitting the sauna after hitting the slopes? A total game-changer. Plus, it's all private, no randoms wandering in. Second time at this hotel and without a doubt, we'll be back for more.

The rooms are equipped with all the necessary, the staff is really nice and helpful and it is right in the center of Pale di St Martino natural park.

The carpet in our room had a smell, even if it was clean. I have asthma and it bothered me a bit...no asthma attacks , just stinging my nose. We let the air in and it seemed a bit better. Rooms are not new, but they are comfy and for the price it is good value!

The view is amazing. And it's so nice that you can park the motorbikes in the garage. The location is also amazing.

Like other comments are saying the place is a little old. And really small. The elevator was horrible. It definitely need some maintenance. The hairdryer was terrible. It got extremely hot to the point you couldn't hold it anymore.

I really liked this place, the staff were lovely, Amir I think, lovely smile ! and very efficient and made to feel welcome. the town was spectacular with great views of the surrounding mountains. We had an apartment which is ideal for 2 people. I would come back again.

The staff's ability to solve problems and deal with unhappy clients. Also kitchen and balcony feature was handy.

The hairdrier used to burn my hand when using it. Also the price of SPA features didn't meet the expectations. The malfunction of water piping ended up us not using the service we paid for.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is access to a ski storage (very useful) and potentially to a garage. Breakfast was complete and very tasty.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Parking in walking distance. Nice view to the surrounding mountains.
