Everything. They went above and beyond accommodating us. From arrival, and to departure by giving us a late, check out by accommodating our NFL viewing station and on and on and on. This is really a six star or a seven star service. They hit out of the ballpark I have nothing to complain about.

location , right across the 2 major sky lifts connected via a tunnel with the Pacha night club warm & friendly staff throughout the hotel cozy atmosphere in the restaurant and lobby

very slow breakfast service limmited breakfast selection spa closes at 8 pm

the location of the hotel for the gondola and to ski back was excellent. the breakfast was amazing they had everything you could think of hot and cold and nothing was to much trouble. evening meal every night was a different tasting menu which was fantastic none of us could fault it. the facilities and the spa was excellent the whole hotel has been designed from the ground up and everything has been though through.

the rooms where quite hot and if you had the patio doors open some nights could be quite noisy with people being loud walking past

Wonderful people all the way through the organisation, helpful, thoughtful, welcoming and caring. I had a bad ski accident on the second day and was in hospital. but the owners went our of their way to look after my wife and couldn't have done a better job. A wonderful hotel which we look forward to returning to and to answer the post accident question..to ski or not to ski!

Luxury hotel with perfect location, a very few steps to ski gondola. Extra professional staff doing everything to make our stay unforgetable (Nikola, thank you). Comfortable room, excellent choice by breakfast. Dinner in a cozy atmosphere restaurant.

All restaurant services was great at all. All staff was great as well. The art design is amazing. The pool is so great. We love this place.

I thought I was getting a double bed but it was two single beds. But it was OK.
