The facilities were clean and the staff were very helpful. The night curry was a pleasant surprise as I was too tired to eat a hot meal out, and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel has everything you need for a convenient stay - particularly the location.

The hotel and room were certainly old and outdated - there was tape holding together a drawer, and the upholstery and carpets were threadbare and worn. However I was prepared for this after reading the reviews, so it had little impact on my experience. Everything was functional and clean.

Well, it exceeded my expectations. It was as close as you can be to the Shinkansen station, had breakfast included... For the most honorable price I've ever paid during my trip. View over the stations, three nice futons for us, good internet... Straight up paradise

Room key is mechanical key, I would like to request to change card key.
