We would recommend it. It was clean and warm and the room is decorated well. It was an excellent experience. There is a gas station with a convenience store within 200 meters.

Unlike other travelers, we came to Blue Mountain by shuttle bus. It costs 12 dollars to travel from there to the ski resort by Uber. But most of the time, there are no Uber drivers available. You can call a cab instead but it cost 25$ to 30$. So if you don't have a car it would be a problem.

We cooked our own food

Airconditioning unit only in the living room. I hope they centralized the AC and do some renovation of the unit. It seems old and floorings not appealing. Seems old.

Charming nook. Close to everything we wanted to do during our visit. Easy check in and out.

Baseboards and fireplace were visibly old and falling apart.

This property is lovely. it’s super close to Blue Mountain and all the amenities, but at a fraction of the cost. We were travelling with our 3 and 5 year old and our cat and it was the perfect amount of space for board games and dance parties with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. I would book again.

My one complaint is that the cleaning prior to us arriving was ok, but not great. When I moved things to make it a better set up for us I found pizza crusts, and crumbs.

Spot clean. Everything was organized and clean. Beds are really comfy and there was enough space to the whole family. The fireplace makes it even cozier.

Really good place to stay, comfy a lot of space has everything you need to cook, cable TV, good WI-FI big dinning table and super long and nice coffee table in front of the TV. BBQ and patio bench located at front if need it, I would really recommend staying here if you have a big family or group of friends.

They should indicate better where to part once you book because we arrived at night and it was dark and confusing, (It is at the back of the building which you need to get a road to arrive there) You can see doors at the front as well but you enter at the back.

In general was good. The apartment had everything we needed for 1 night stay. Very well organized

The pillow cases in one of the bedrooms were not clean. I saw stains also in the bed sheet

The rooms and grounds were great! Lots of grass for the kids to play, plenty of picnic tables to enjoy eating outside and your own personal BBQ. Rooms were modern, clean and had everything you needed, including kitchen ware, a kettle, toaster, full stove, fridge, bedding, towels, toiletries etc. We had #8 (two rooms) and the space was perfect for a family. Full table with 6 chairs to enjoy a meal, TV, couch. *Everything is as nice as pictured in listing (*with the exception of the dining table it looks like in some listings- it's bigger, chairs match and updated now). Loved having access to the fire pit! Parking was pretty much right next to your room. Motel is close to many things (by car); the village, parks, restaurants, Collingwood shops and only 30 min from Wasaga Beach. There is access to a small private beach (2minute walk) that is great for watching the sunset or to check out the water/view of the Bay.

The busy road (26) that the hotel is located on took away from enjoying the grounds/sitting outside a little. You don't hear if from inside your room but sitting outside was a bit noisy. It would have been pretty perfect without that.

We were upgraded at no cost due to the wifi being down in our original room. Customer service was fantastic.
