Location is great. Appreciated the meal vouchers for the Pottery Restaurant and the food there is excellent. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms need a redo. Decor and furnishings are outdated. No towel racks or robe hooks in the bathroom. No outlets at bedside to plug in devices. Free internet did not work. Temperature in lobby lounge was cold. Lobby lounge is large and open but felt very sterile. Does not feel cosy. Should be designed and decorated to feel like a cosy ski chalet. Disappointed, didn’t spend any time in it. Swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs great, but no washrooms or showers at the pool. Very noisy in the hallways from 11pm to 2am. Young men returning to their rooms. Doors banging, loud talking. Kids running in hallways.

Loved the shuttle bus, loved the beach, but most of all my best experience was the dining.......The food was incredible , the women who served the food too our table was awesome to talk too, the food itself I have dreams about it....it was cooked too perfection, and the bill was lower then I expected......want to go back...lol....miss blue mountain its so beautiful there.
would have loved to stay longer if we could afford too, would have loved too take a shuttle bus all around blue mountain seeing and experiencing the trails.

I wanted to share some positive feedback about our recent stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating, providing us with a kettle and a toaster to warm up our food that were incredibly helpful during our stay.
I wanted to express my disappointment with the lack of a microwave in my room during my recent stay. It was quite inconvenient for my family to have to take all of our dishes down to the first floor to warm them up after a long and cold day on the slopes. I hope you will consider adding microwaves to the rooms in the future to enhance the comfort and convenience of your guests' stays.

It was a great stay for our family to celebrate my daughter's birthday and wrap up summer vacation before going back to school. Our room was located conveniently to the pool, Frontdesk, and vending machine, and staff made an effort to make my daughter's day extra special (bday card + sweet treats for her). Our family first trip to Bluemountain was a win! Thank you!
It's how the towels smelt( not so fresh smelling), and the body wash - I am not a fan of lemongrass .

- location was great as it was then only a 5 minute walk into the Village - Bruce the Greeter at the door was so friendly and helpful with any of our questions. He even gave us a list of restaurants in and outside of the Village and local tours and activities to do on and off of the Resort. So helpful!!! He is a real asset to your Inn. -all of the other staff were also very friendly and accommodating - loved the hot tubs which were clean and well kept
1. window looking out at the mountain was filthy 2. would be helpful to put a hook on the back of the bathroom door so one can hang towels etc as there is little other space to place things on without getting wet 3. TV channels were quite limited and many channels had weak connections

I liked the pool and multiple hot tubs outside. We had a good time at the private beach. 🏖 The free access and SUP included was great. I enjoyed myself and liked that the water was not cold. I also liked how comfortable the beds were and how clean the room was. Our house keeper Jane did a great job of keeping the room spotless. I also liked how close the hotel is to the Village.
I didn't like how I was unaware of the required deposit. When I paid in full for the room. I should have been made aware by Booking.com, of the $50.00 room deposit balance still owing. I also didn't like that there were no grab bars in the shower. I also think the fridge could have been bigger. I didn't like that the ice machine on our floor wasn't working during any of our stay.

I liked that it was pretty quiet got to enjoy pool and jacuzzi in peace... Staff were friendly... As I needed supplies they were prompt and quick...
I didn't like the coffee in the room was very light watery.... The chair that was in our room was dirty stained.... We dropped some stuff behind nightstand and the bar fridge and noticed it was very dirty behind there that kind of grossed me out... A set of lights in our room kept flickering on and off.. I understand and realize it's an older Hotel and maybe could use a little facelift... Visited the pottery restaurant went once for breakfast just at the glance of presentation of the food looked very greasy on top I ordered the Cinnabon role.. it was awful so dry we ended up throwing the half that we took back to our room into the garbage I'm not want to complain I just don't go back... I used to love going to the pottery I just find quality has gone down.....

Front desk staff were absolutely wonderful! Such a pleasure to deal with and super informative Room was a great size, and very clean We brought our 2 year old daughter and she had the best time! The front reception staff helped us to figure out the activities that would be age appropriate for her! I feel as though they went above and beyond what they needed to to! I cannot say enough good things about them!
I do not have any complaints at all

I liked the location it was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming! 😃. The breakfast staff ( the ladies who were there ) were exceptional! The lovely lady, who served us (so sorry), but I forgot her name. She was very patient and nice, and she explained everything to us very well.. We usually stay here, and this is always my first choice to stay when thinking of reserving close to the village!
I didn't like that there weren't enough bath towels and face towels ( to shower) with for the number of people the room was reserved for.
