Layout, location, cleanliness, good towels (just bring your own for the hot tub (which clises at 9) decor, dishes, overall value. It was a good stay.

Comfort (and noise) of the beds, volume of the heat, no bathroom fan. Glad I brought myself coffee.

The location is excellent and was very quiet. The room is exactly as pictured and is very clean and well decorated. the bathroom is really nice and functional. The porch is an added bonus. Super cute place and nice owners who respond quickly. Would book again.

The place is nice and comfy but the bed isn't as comfortable as you'd think. It wasn't bad, but it was a bit hard. Not sure it's a true mattress and it moves a bit when you sit down. We slept well though, and it's not a deal breaker. I prefer cotton sheets for comfort, sheets were polyester - that works well in the winter though. Overall I'd stay again. The place is beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive! The amenities were fantastic, literally had everything, towels, toiletries, kitchen well stocked, bathroom very clean and lots of storage space. Electric fireplace was pretty to watch and kept the place cozy and comfortable. Deck area was private and comfortable with Muskoka chairs. Close to all shopping, entertainment and very quiet area just to relax and unwind. Perfect space for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

Proximity to the village, mountain (during the winter months you could walk to the lift), nice and clean, responsive hosts, plenty of blankets and pillows, towels and soaps provided. Perfect for what we needed!

The only thing that wasnt great was the bed was very creaky so every time myself or my husband moved we would hear it

Cute place, great for the short stay. Nice to be able to cooking Bed was comfortable, but could have been better I think. Quiet and respectful neighbours. Would definitely stay again.

Place could use a touch up of paint in areas. Cleaners missed finger prints on mirror above the bed. I cleaned it for them.

I really liked it. I have been to Blue Mountain several times to different hotels and this has been one of my favorites. Highly recommended.

There was only something that I did not like and that I read in the comments on Google Maps but I did not think it was true 🫣 the bed, it is not how one imagines it, it is very hard or I do not know how to explain but it does not have a pleasant night, we woke up with back pain.

The throw cover on the sofa was causing us a bit of an itch and I would advise all linens and quilts to be aired after each customer leaves.

In unit 507, the fireplace needs to be repaired. The fan makes noise and is pretty loud. So water droplets don’t accumulate on the ceiling, make a sign to tell the visitors to turn on the bathroom ceiling fan while taking a shower. The unit also needs a few more pots and pans.

The bed seemed to have plastic under the sheets which meant that everytime I or my husband moved throughout the night, there was a loud noice. This definitely needs to be sorted as it impacted our quality of sleep.

The chalet was well laid out with all the conveniences necessary.

The door lock system needs to be repaired
