We did not like the check in and check out time policy that Hilton have for this type of accommodation.

Really enjoyed the coziness, gas fireplace, location, well stocked with everything one would need for the most part. - thank you.The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to see the walkin shower, toilet and massively sized tub in the bedroom of this 1 king bedroom suite as they were not included in the description pictures on booking.com. I wish I could've stayed a few more days.

Sofa as a sofa was great, but as a pullout bed - really really uncomfortable from the mattress to the squeaking everytinme you moved was off putting. Shower pressure and hot water - not the greatest There was only 1 hairdryer in the bedroom, which for a family with 3 females was quite inconvenient.

We stayed at the studio for 1 night. It is fabulous. 3 mins walk to the village. We got nice mountain view from the room. The hotel has a nice hottub that can be acessible from 5 am to 11pm

We stayed on the second floor but we can't use the elevator and We had to go upstairs with our heavy suitcases. I tried to ask them about the rooms kitchen before coming but no one replied

The structure of the room was perfect for our family vacation, two room suit was just good enough for the family, and the kids loved their room very much. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room had everything inside for a self-catering arrangement. The facility had warned of possible disturbance due to construction work, but I am happy this was not the case as the whole period was very quiet and calm. The EV charging was also a huge bonus!

Maybe we didn't notice that this was a 100% self-catering facility, so we were a little unhappy not to have breakfast. Also, they had unheated pools which was closed because of the winter, and the kids were a little disappointed.

We stayed in 605 first floor. Loved the balcony for relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I need a mattress like this at home lol. The bathroom was large and so clean. The kitchenette so very nice had everything we needed. We will be back again next year.

The only thing I would like is a raised toilet, it was low. No other complaints.

Our hotel room was great with a fireplace, a large tub and balcony with a view of the pool. The kitchenette was stocked with glasses, utensils etc. The lobby/common area was quite large with fireside seating.

No Netflix available on the tv (very outdated tv/apps didn’t work). Had to rent a DVD from the front desk. We requested a late checkout on Tuesday morning and were told it wasn’t possible - this would have really made our morning there more enjoyable. Standard check out time is 10am.

This was our 2nd stay in blue mountian, 1st was at Westin. We liked our room better here and the cabin feel of the lobby room was much cozier

It wasn't at all a big deal, but there wasn't a proper walk-path across the road through to the village in winter.

The room was outstanding. Loved the fireplace. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub we will next time. Just a beautiful resort.

Would have liked a breakfast or restaurant nearer to resort. Maybe because we stayed during off season there was limitations on what was available.

We needed tea bags and really good coffee for the morning not decafs and herbal tea which won’t give us any energy in the morning…probably make it breakfast included coz it’s not a small price that we pay for each night ….

Clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, well appointed, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, well maintained heated pool.
