It’s pet friendly and in a great location in the Village where it is convenient but on the periphery so it isn’t loud. The patio of the attached Oliver & Bonacini restaurant was pet friendly. The hotel offered a pet bed and food/water bowls. We brought our own but good to know that they had them available. The pet fee was $50 plus tax. We only stayed one night so I’m not sure if covers the entire stay or is charged for each night. The bed was very comfortable and they had blackout curtains. The scaled down kitchen amenities were useful too.
I thought it was overpriced but it could be the prices were inflated due to it being a holiday weekend and we booked just a week in advance . However, it was convenient to be able to include our dog. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and accommodated an early check-in.

The room is amazing, very spacious and with a fireplace, which makes it even cozier. It's one of the few hotels in Blue Moutain that is pet-friendly and we felt it's really welcoming to our dog. The staff is amazing, the food at the hotel restaurant is really good, and it is at a very fair price. The hotel is located inside of the village and a few steps away from the lift, which makes it even more perfect The trip was amazing and I'll be staying at this hotel next time I go to Blue Mountain for sure
Nothing, everything was perfect

The resort was easy to find, and the entrance was spacious and organized, with a seating area and a lite fireplace. Hotel staff was pleasant, and we were lucky enough to enter our room at an earlier time slot. Our room was spacious, warm, and cozy. There was some construction happening, but we knew that going there, and it was minimal disruption. All in all, a grt restful and relaxing weekend.
No complaints!

Lovely staff, very clean, well laid out hotel. From check in to check out, everyone was extremely professional, polite, helpful. The heated outdoor pool put it over the top, even at 13 degrees C, my kids and us enjoyed swimming outdoors. Perfect location with proximity to the village. We've stayed at all of the resorts in the village, inc. Blue Mountain Resort and the Hilton, this is by far my favourite of them all.
The hotel is under renovations, so that is not overly visually appealing; although honestly it didn't really bother me, it was not loud or messy. Also we have a stroller, the front steps that lead to the board walk into the village are currently not stroller / wheelchair accessible.

The room was beautiful and clean. Large bathroom. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious
The pool and hot tub were dirty and very dated. Also the heated pool was not very warm. I asked the staff at the pool what temperature was and no one could give me an answer The photos on the website make it look like a beautiful facility butt in reality the pool abd hot tubs were crumbling and the water not very clear. In the pool I could seel sand or... something on my feet.

Our suite had a beautiful view of the slopes. Very nice rooms - the fireplace was a nice touch and overall it was very spacious. The hotel was quiet during our stay which was appreciated. We only stayed for one night so we did not have a chance to use all the hotel's amenities.
This hotel is very pricey, granted we stayed during the end of peak season. We were kindly gifted our stay; unfortunately I don't think we could justify it otherwise. Maybe we could if we had stayed longer and were able to enjoy more of the hotel's offerings.

Upscale, immaculate hotel. Property is beautiful and well-maintained. Lots to do for everyone and many restaurants to choose from. King suite is perfect
I didn’t like being charged $17 for a cocktail. You must pay $100 per person if you want to do all the things that the resort has to offer. My grandson did have a wonderful time though.

The Hotel was great. It's the best stay we had in Ontario by far. They take a lot of tiny details in the rooms, parking, Pool .. etc which shows that they really care about guests comfort. The Hotel is beautifully located in the Blue Mountain Village & it's view is super. The Rooms were very clean & had a lot of amenities. We liked the Pool, the Hot Tub & the Restaurant were we had breakfast once. The Front Desk Staff were also amazing & always willing to help. I have a special thanks here to Robyn Wiggins ( Manager on duty ) for her professional handling of my concerns about the Booking Process which I appreciated very much.
Nothing about the Hotel to mention. I just had a problem with Booking.Com Reservation Process. After booking our room for 3 Nights, I realized that the Hotel is having a special non-refundable offer on its Web Site for any guest booking 3-4 Nights. The difference in price was 515 CAD which was a Shock for me since it was never mentioned on Booking.com Web Site leading me to pay more money for no reason !! I contacted Booking Customer Service to ask for a price match as per the policy but it was denied as the payment terms are different. After many calls, I finally talked to a Supervisor who offered to pay half the difference in price which I appreciated though I'm still not totally satisfied that I had to pay more than I should.

We have stayed a couple of years in a row, and while it’s not my first choice in terms of a ‘relaxing holiday destination’, the staff at the Westin Trillium House have consistently surprised us with exceptional customer service. We come at the behest of two teenaged boys and it might be expensive, busy and touristy in the village, they have a blast, but for us, the attentive, kind, and welcoming nature of the staff have left a lasting impression. This includes the servers at Oliver & Bonaccini Grille as well. We don’t have a dog, but it’s also nice to stay somewhere where they are so welcomed. Thanks for another great stay!
The only negatives might be: the parking was a bit expensive at the hotel, and that the plunge pool area isn’t included and it’s quite expensive. (NB: the pool that is included at the hotel is just fine, and we did get the play all day passes one day of our stay and it did include the plunge pool for that day, so they did get to try it out, but otherwise it would have been almost $40 a person O_O)

Great location ideal for everything.. good in-house restaurant, gym, children's area..
Room smelt like wet-dog.. unfortunately we were in a dog friendly room which smelt.. we did ask to move as we do suffer with pet hair allergies but due to the holiday break no other rooms were available..
