The room was nice and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night and the food was very delicious. Our server Brad was also friendly and made our evening fun. We used the outdoor hot tub and it was very relaxing.

While the room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was noisy, there was a constant humming vibrating noise that was constant through the night and the fridge in our room was also noisy so I would recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. It was also misleading that we would receive $45 dollars in resort credits to use on the facility upon booking. At check in we were given only $20 and we received the other $25 at check out which can only be used on our next stay. We won't be back any time soon I feel so that was a bit disappointing!!

We enjoyed the view of the water. We walked the boardwalk into town. We ate at the thai restaurant across the road at the lights, which was exceptional. We enjoyed reserving the pool and appreciated the small number of people present. Used the outdoor and indoor hot tubs. Participated in the aquafit on Saturday morning, which was so much fun. Family oriented. Sunday before leaving, we treated ourselves to the Aquapath session at the spa. So relaxing before heading home. Would highly recommend. Definitely coming back to visit Living Waters again. The weather wasn't the best but we made the most of it

The newer section of Living Waters had automatic doors that opened for you during the day and evening, which is convenient when you are heading up to your room but on a security stand point it creates a safety risk to people staying there. Something to think about.

This property is on the water and the rooms all have beautiful views of water or lush greens even early spring. The location is quiet and not far from the bustle of the Blue Mountain village. The staff was extremely friendly in true Canadian style like before lockdowns 🩷. The space is calm and pristine. My room was exceptional. It was clean, bright with excellent lighting, well spaced and the loveliness of a new modern condo suite. I highly recommend this property for even the pickiest of clientele.

The only negative was accessing our fabulous room. It was in the new building. There wasn't direct access from the front reception. Could be tricky if you had a lot of luggage to access the 5.6th floor.

We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub facilities on site. The waterslide was a fun bonus! Check in/out was very easy and staff were friendly. Location couldn't have been better. Close to the Scandinavian Spa and downtown Collingwood.

The TV didn't have a guide so we had to flip through channels to find anything interesting to watch. The room did have a DVD player, but front desk told me they do not have any DVDs for guests to use (bring your own). Bathroom was clean for the most part but there were some spots that clearly hadn't been deep cleaned in a while (shower corners, etc). There were three pieces of religious wall art in our room that included bible verses, which we did not care for.

We enjoyed, The sea side reasturants happy hour! Waterslide in the pool! Large rooms! The history hallway is super cool! The art gallery hallway is beautiful!

Couldn't check in early! But that was no worries as we went for happy hour before check-in! The resort credits are split between different places, and you get half at check-in and half at check out. So you can't use them all during your first stay, which isn't explained by booking.com

The one bedroom we had was very spacious, comfortable bed, and our balcony on the 6th floor had a great view. Fireplace and full kitchen was a great addition. Location was beautiful, and the on site pool/hot tub/restaurant was awesome. Definitely be back. Customer service was good, but front desk was confusing to follow at check-in. Might check the spa out next visit.

The resort gave us a $45.00 credit which was very nice, but they dictated where you could spend it, which to me, was not fair. If we wanted to use it at the spa, restaurant etc, that should have been our choice. So the deal was $10.00 at spa, $10.00 at restaurant, and $25.00 to be used at the next visit. Understand the selling point behind it, but was my only negative thought towards the resort.

Amazing room, very comfortable bed and very clean areas. The staff were exceptionally friendly be it at check in time or anytime I went to ask a question the staff were exceptional, extremely pleasant and super helpful.

I didn’t know that the spa was a separate entity that you needed to book separately in advance. It did indicate that on the website so I was disappointed that I was not able to use the spa services since I did not have reservations in advance. I used the pool and hot tub area instead. Which was packed with families and children. It would be nice if they can dedicate a specific time child-free where you can access the hot tub for adults only without having to worry about children jumping and splashing in a hot tub. I would recommend zoning it to specific times so that different age categories can enjoy the amenities at different times.

We recently stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for two nights with our family, including our 2-year-old and 8-year-old kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen, which made meal prep convenient. The kids had a great time in the pool, although it could use some updates. Unfortunately, a few activities were closed due to the weather, but the staff was accommodating and helpful in suggesting alternatives. My wife also visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed her experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.

On the downside, the beds were quite springy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the furniture in the room felt outdated. The pool was also smaller than what I expected.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We loved the vouchers for the paddle boarding. The water slide was great. we loved the roof top area, especially going up there in the evening. It was lovely. We loved having a balcony area. We loved the extended hours that the pool was open. The concierge service was delightful. The young man who helped us was very polite and helpful.

When booking, we didn't realize the only outdoor pool wasn't at the main location. We would have loved an outdoor pool there. Also, the water there was beautiful, it would have been great to have a dock so we could swim in the lake right at the resort.

Amazing resort! Our 1 bed apartment room was brilliant value for money. Loads of space and a great way to end our Canada trip. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous and the free kayak voucher went down very well with the family!!

Some processes seemed odd - for example there seemed to be a lack of communication between front of house and serving staff which meant the restaurant service was slow and felt clunky. Our meal took over an hour to arrive and although it was busy, there were empty tables around the place. The pool was small but lovely, however we were asked to leave due to a private reserved time which was not made clear when booking. No
