The staff was so friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The hotel also communicated any disruption to facilities so that we could make other arrangements. Our room was spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. We had the 2 queen room The pools were both very clean and the outdoor pool was always heated as advertised which was fantastic given the time of year. It was also great to have a fantastic restaurant on site - Gustav's was a hidden gem. The hotel itself is well located, minutes from Scandinave Spa, Collingwood, and Blue Mountain. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future getaways. Thank you for an amazing stay, and for being so understanding and accommodating when we had to make a last minute change due to a family emergency.

Nothing! It was fantastic!

My husband and I took our grandson there for a few days. He was so impressed with everything lol. He now calls it “the mansion” lol. He basically was in the pool the majority of the time He’s 6 and he loved that it has a shallow end. He loved the room, the balcony and breakfast at the restaurant lol. This was my third stay because I just love this hotel I l too love having a balcony over looking the pool. The front desk lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing and friendly. I’ll be back for sure. Hmmmmm guessing I should say we will be back for sure

The only thing I don’t really like is no elevator That’s because I’m an overpacker lol so a few trips to the car and back lol It’s not that bad cause I always request the second floor pool view 🤪

Restaurant food and staff excellent

Found the staff member at checkout not very accommodating. I had asked for a later checkout in my early online checking. We were having a late breakfast and my phone was available and the staff member proceeded to process my charge on the hotel stay. My friend was paying for half at checkout so because I was leaving town she had to stop at the bank to give me her share. Just created an inconvenience. .Staff said she called the room but we were in the restaurant,just wish she had called my cell and the late checkout was not implemented,but I guess I should of confirmed when checking in in person.

Beautiful grounds, indoor and outdoor pools a nice option as well as tennis court. Plenty of parking available. Room was spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was really good, staff friendly.

Given the cost of the stay, I believe a $20 voucher/guest should be included towards breakfast instead of a 10% discount. Although room appeared clean on the surface, cobwebs were visible on bedroom ceiling. Complimentary items in bathroom were basic.

Appreciated that it was away from the main road, a lovely drive to the building. Nice and quiet. Staff were great, attentive and friendly. Tara at restaurant great! Loved having a balcony facing pool and garden. Being able to sit on balcony. Room very clean.

No elevator in building, so not good for my husband who is recovering from a broken hip (luckily he wasn’t there). No grab bars in shower. so a bit dangerous. Water from shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Need a sliding door. Suggest a small table on balcony; had to invert a garbage can from room and place a book to hold our drinks and snacks.

The room was spotless and comfortable. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave, as well as the balcony and modern shower. The staff were very friendly. Since it was off-season, it wasn’t crowded or noisy. The indoor pool was great—my kids absolutely loved it.

The heating system (air conditioning unit) was quite noisy at night. I’m not sure if it was just in our room (Room 226) or if it's a general issue. Also, the pillows were too high for my comfort.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel. It was just few minutes drive from Blue Mountain Village and also to the town of Collingwood. I like the ambience of the room. It’s calming. Everything we need were available. The staffs were approachable too. We had breakfast in gustav restaurant and it was great. I think it’s a must to try it.

I think the heater of the water in the shower before the swimming pool needs to be fixed.

Everything was good, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable. The parking was close to the reception. I found the stuff nice and smiling, willing to help and to offer a good experience. We are considering to come back if there is an interesting offer.

We visited the swimming pool when we arrived the first day, to take a look, it was already late. The next day, we went around 9:30 am and it wasn't looking cleaned since last night when we took a look, there is water on the floor and hair in the shower, still the same next day when we went. Also a little bit of dirt inside the pool itself.

The rooms are nice and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel restaurant Gustav was very good as well! The waitstaff were amazing and the food was delicious!

For me the bed was too form but that just me. The grounds are a bit rundown..some things like the pool gate needed fixing and the mini put was gone😞

We didn't have breakfast in that location. We had supper and it was nice. We liked also the easy access to a Flow charger for our car. There were 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor).

The bed was a little bit hard. The pillows were quite thick but the staff brought a thinner pillow.
