The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Whilst the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not; Too deep and a little lumpy. The breakfast, which we only viewed but did not partake of, was essentially bread (including muffins and pancake mixture to make up) and coffee. No fruit. We opted for breakfast at Tim Horntons which, though without tables, was close by and offered a good breakfast selection.

Breakfast was sufficient. Tasted good. Nice room. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

The floors were a little dusty - especially around the baseboards. There was hair in the tub - not appealing 🥱 It would be nice to have a light fresh welcoming scent in the room.

The room was great! It was clean and spacious! We had the king suite with spa tub. The breakfast was filling and tasted great (eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt and some fruit). The shower was nice, but if you get the room we had, you will be wearing the conditioner they supply like a c*m shot... It comes out with a good amount of force. If you have our room, you'll know what we're talking about haha. Also, the shower head was quite vocal. It liked to say SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE every couple minutes. It was more funny than anything lol. Otherwise, the bed was great, bathroom was a good size, the bathtub comfortably fit 2 people (spa bath), fireplace was a nice added touch. We have no complaints. The shower stuff made for some good giggles. Would definitely return if we find ourselves in Collingwood again.

The staff were super friendly/helpful and hotel was very clean! Room was clean and and we were grateful for the extra pillows that were a little lower. Loved the view of the ski hills and the hotel is close to so many things. My friend and I have food allergies, so it was great to be close to grocery stores and a wonderful vegan restaurant.

First night, the water in hot tub was pretty low, but the second night the hot tub was filled up and fantastic! I remember the pool being warmer last time I was here, and felt amazing to swim in. I don't do well in cold but really, I can't complain. I was happy just to be staying somewhere with a pool! We weren't fans of the plastic bags taped to the windows in the pool area, blocking the view of an adjacent room but at least it was something. Not enough light in our room. The lamps don't give off enough and it was a bit tough to navigate without sufficient lighting.

The staff were wonderful! The room and hotel in general were extremely clean! The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. We used the mini fridge and couch in the room. They were great also! The location is perfectly situated between Blue Mountain and Downtown Collingwood. Almost forgot about the free breakfast. It was a great bonus and convenient.

The breakfast area didn't have a lot of room to move around or space to sit. It could have maybe be moved around so the toaster isn't holding up the line of others who don't need the toaster.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, just like the description on the website. The bed was cozy, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and good service.

This hotel was actually really clean and comfortable. Ive stayed in Days Inn in different cities and this one was really good! Metro with starbucks, Tim hortons, the movie theatre Little ceasers pizza, dollarama and so much more is right there, steps away - super convenient. We stayed here and did blue mountain. 10 minute drive to the village! If definitely stay here again. They also have Dove shampoo conditioner and body wash bigger bottles in the bathtub which is decent too compared to the other trash hotels use. THE BEDS AND PILLOWS ARE SOOO COMFY!

The pool and hot-tub are small but I mean, it was perfect for my kids! The gym was out of service. Didn’t affect me though.

Quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable room, good lighting. Good price, breakfast included. Free coffee, tea and delicious hot chocolate all day long! Hot tub at a nice temperature.

The pillows were too big, not comfortable. The hot-tub jets were very weak, and the benches in the hot tub seemed sandy/dirty. It's too bad there were only disposable dishes at breakfast - cups, bowls, plates, cutlery. A lot of waste.

Everything was pleasant and easy to access.

I had a bit of trouble regulating the heat in my room, but it wasn’t insurmountable. (I always like a room warmer than most people.) I said that the cleanliness was good instead of excellent only because it’s impossible to keep the floor of a lobby clean in the middle of a snowfall at a place close to a ski resort. The foot traffic made it possible.
