The front desk attendant was top- notch!!! She’s very kind, knowledgeable, & quite friendly (lady’s name starts with a letter A, sorry I don’t recall her name) made the check in sooo smooth and the beginning of our vacation sooo wonderful. The beds were sooo comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast is delicious and very fresh!!! The breakfast ladies were amazing!!! Our stay was A+++. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you sooo much for everything :). Our vacation was wonderful because of you all!!!

Hot tub/ jacuzzi was out of order

There was a large group staying at the hotel for a children’s sporting event. One recommendation would be to put all the families staying with the sporting group on 1 floor. We were on a floor with the families who were staying with their children for hockey and did not appreciate that there were adults and children sitting in the hallways until late in the evening apparently supervising rooms and just hanging out. We had one adult sitting just outside our room on “watch” for the kid’s room across from ours.

Clean, employees are amazing specially breakfast buffet employees were making sure everyone eat. If the kids were in the room sleeping they will suggest to bring them food to the room. Super nice and caring. We got surprised by a big snow storm and we did not have a windshield scraper, but one of the employees offer for us to use hers. Very nice employees in front desk and kitchen.

We have to ask an employee to unlock the laundry room for every load. It should be unlocked.

Lwe like this property... every time we go it seems to get a little better. particularly the breakfast service is incredible.

The hotel had quick check in-out and all the sataff were frliendly. and inviting They answered all our questions we had. The pool was warm and the hot tub was the right temperature too. Hot breakfast was awesome. Tarrin for our 2 day stay was so friendly and assisted us with gluten free items. He was constantly refilling the food and keeping the area clean. He helped to make our trip. We would definately stay here again and it was worth the money. Thanks to you all for making our trip awesome!!

We didn't like the flashing in our room at night with the sensor beside the fire detector. It could use one bar of soap in the shower.

the breakfast was a little better than other hotels we have stayed in and was adequate. The warm cinnamon buns were a nice treat but ran out fast. The rooms were nice size and bathrooms were generous size as well.

the seating area was not big enough for the crowd that lined up and because of the number of people things were not replenished quickly, I understand this was not the kitchen staff at fault just some greedy patrons

Checking in was worrisome! The kind lady at checking in couldn't find my reservation at first...somehow my first name was used as my last name! I used your services. and felt embarrassed that at first maybe it didn't go through. I was not too happy about thei mixup! Also when I booked through your website it said I had a suite...this was not a suite!

From check in to check out everything went really well. The staff is really helpful and accommodating. The place was really clean.

Had to wait till they refill some of the food during breakfast. However, it wasn't a major issue. Rooms are not soundproof so we could hear voices from the corridor. However, I had a really good sleep without any interruptions.

Cleanness, friendly personal offering assistance and proposing solution if issue can’t be sorted, decent breakfast, fruits and drinks station available at any time, clean and heated indoor swimming pool, hotel and rooms feels like new, big window, coffee maker and fridge in the room, easy available parking, if forgotten things like toothpaste, toothbrush, razors can be provided by front desk on request, fast Wi-Fi

The breakfast was delicious, and my kiddos were so happy for the many options that tooke. Additional, the swimming pool was incredible for at indoor activities with them, the Gym was good. The location was good, fortunately was close a beautiful park Infront to the lake, so my kids enjoin play with another kids as well. Wifi free, and Parking Free as well. All workers were so kind. 10/10
