The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They made a great stay, exceptional! We will be coming to stay here again. The BBQs and variety of comfortable seating, fire pits, and playground made the outdoor space exceptionally functional and relaxing! We had a room that accommodated 6, the kids slept in one room and we had the adjoining room. It was perfect they could stay up a bit later watching tv, while we fell asleep right away after a busy day at the beach.

My only suggestion would be to bring your own extra pillows or maybe include a few more pillows in the room, as I need a few to get comfortable (likely this is something that I could have been easily asked for but it was a bit too late once i got to bed and realized).

It was nice place. Very clean room. Very friendly owner who was always available just in case you need something. The property is fantastic. Lots of places to sit and lounge. Many gazebos, clean bbqs and a few fire pits. The whole place is lit up at night making it awesome for sitting out at night. I would definitely return

I was a little caught off guard by how tiny the rooms actually were but you dont go to Wasaga Beach to stay in your room. The outside part of the property made up for this. Many clean and awesome places to sit and hang out

The rooms were very basic but also extremely clean. The owner was fantastic: extremely friendly, supportive, and communicative. He saved our day by reading our thoughts and offering help before we even asked. Very nice: freely available outside (gas) BBQs and roofed outdoor seating.

The room furniture is very simple and a bit of a wild collection. However, as mentioned, the owner's accommodating attitude compensated for a lot.

Small but comfortable rooms. Away from the main beach so it was quieter at night which is what we wanted. Wasaga can get crazy at night in the summer. Only needed the one night. Ideal for that. Proprietor was super friendly and welcoming. Gave us options for rooms.

Room was a bit smaller than expected. We were doing a triathlon and only had the one bike this time. We’d normally have two and the room would have been a bit tight to accommodate both.

It was close to the beach. Had barbecues we could use. Had a fire pit . Had a nice sit down area outside everyone could use. The owner was very helpful in letting you know about his facilities. And he really cared about your opinions.

A longer stay would have been better but thats not his problem thats ours

wish they had a thermostat in room to control temperature. got a bit hot in the room in middle of the night.

The friendly and helpful staff, the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the comfortable atmosphere and room configuration (kitchenette, 3 beds, a/c, quiet and comfortable sleep, outdoor lounge space/bbq area), easy drive to our family reunion in Wasaga Beach made this a great night away for our family! It was perfect for our needs.

Even though we turned up early our room was already ready for us, and we got are room no problem at all. Room was clean and cosy. The owners were very nice made you very welcome and where helpful too.

Not the owners fault, but due to the inflation pricing has rocketed and what we paid for one night should of coast us for 2nights at least. Décor was a little old but over all no major complaints.

Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and generous, thanks again for the welcome beverages and helping get the fire started!

Definitely would have loved a coffee machine in the room! Gotta have that morning caffeine boost!

Very clean and comfortable suite - not fancy, but the room had everything we needed, and it was obviously clean and well looked after. And the people that run the place were great! Very friendly, very helpful. I would stay there again without hesitation.
