I travel a lot and I can honestly say, I have never been treated with such thoughtfulness and kindness as I was at Borden Inn! I was booked for the night, but got into town at 10 am, HOURS before check-in time. I stopped in to see if there was any way I could get in early, and to my absolute shock, Savan said he was going to immediately clean my room and he could get me in within 30 minutes!! I offered him money for the extra time in the room and he very kindly refused. By far the best treatment I have ever had at a hotel or motel. If I am ever back in the area, I will 100% return!!

Maybe a topper could be added to the mattress to make it softer.

Great reception. Great location, everything is in walking distance. Nice walking trail about 8 minutes away. I had the Single room. Good size room. BBQ outside to use. Chairs outside the rooms. lots of security cameras.

Only issue was not enough blankets or coffee maker. Tim Hortons is only a minute walk. There isn't anything to really complain about.

The location was perfect for where my kids and I were going. The price was cheap, which was helpful! The room was clean and very nice. I would stay there again if I’m in the area!

The door to get into the area of the building our room was in, had a door knob that didn’t work well. We figured it out though!

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen had some small appliances available for our use. Checking in was very quick and efficient as was checking out. It's central location was perfect for what we were looking for.

The staff was friendly.

It was a bit cold in the unit overnight, even under the fairly thin sheets. It was a good location; easy to find with a good number of amenities in the area.

Room renovated and clean

Entrance stairs and hall needs to be cleaned and smelled like cigarette so even if it’s non smoking 100% people smoking in there. Also very strong smell of cooking inside

I like the fact they renovated the rooms and plan to renovate the building. I told the owner/manager a few things on checking out and he listened to me and wrote down the suggestion I had. When we walked into our room we were blown away on how nice it was, how big the room was and it came with a full kitchen in a separate room. We stayed here the year before and they were just starting the renovation then. We knew they were updating and they did a great job.

It was quite exceptional for the amount we paid...The room was neat and tidy...Management is quick to answer any inquiries....Snack locations were around the corner... Would love to come again

Lots of restaurants nearby. An inexpensive hotel, 3 star but clean.

The shower. Half of the water came out of the tub faucet instead of the shower head. Pillows are thin, only 2 pillows in total in room.
