The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jot…I found out from another guest that there is a downtown area where you can walk to all the restaurants/bars, this was great information and we weren’t informed of this by FD…Bed was very comfortable…there were 2 holes in a wall that we did not want to be responsible for so I took a picture of it and the owner was made aware…the damage was not new..some fresh paint in the room is needed (141)

Having a restaurant/bar on the premises..the places advertised in the kiosk were too far away…the downtown core is a $10 cab/Uber away and has something for everyone!..that should be highlighted

This hotel has become our second home during a difficult time. The staff have been exceptionally helpful and kind to us during our 2 week stay. Breakfast is available every morning with coffee, muffins, scrambled eggs and more. There is a nice pool that is great for a leisurely swim, with a hot tub. Our room is very nice and clean, and our room has been refreshed every day during our stay. There is no other hotel in town with such great hospitality.

I’m a travel contractor so I stay here often for work and have never been disappointed. The staff take a lot of pride in their property and it shows. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Best of all, very reasonably priced. The property is on a great location right off the 400 highway. I would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was great, hotel is not pet friendly however if you have a service dog like myself they do allow your pet as long as you have the correct documents and do not leave him/her unattended. And I mean service dogs not “emotional support animals.” Probably one of our best stays for this sole reason alone as I did not have to worry about any other dogs running up to mine and distracting him.

Excellent service with smooth checkin and checkout experience; rooms were clean and very comfy! We enjoyed our stay. It’s located right off the highway and a short drive to Snow Valley.

You won't find better for less. This place is great. We were visiting family who recently moved to Barrie. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our next visit already.

I was in town visiting some old friends and stayed at this hotel for the night. I have to say, I was really impressed! The hotel had a lively atmosphere, they allowed me to check in early at no additional cost. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. My room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable – perfect for relaxing after catching up with everyone what’s great is the fact that they allowed my friends to visit. The bed was especially comfy, and the amenities were all spot on. Overall, it made my trip a lot easier and more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back!

It was my first time staying their also the first time for my partner and we both really enjoyed are stay their we need to go back to Toronto in 45 days and we liked it so much that we plan on staying their again we had only spent one night now we are thinking of spending two nights to give us some more time to ourselves especially with the kitchen in the room makes it so much more convenient the room is larger then usual so you arnt so cramped up makes you're stay so much better overall also this time we plan on using the swimming since we will be their so much longer,we are actually looking at planning to go their in the summer for 3 or 4 nights..
