The young gentleman running the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and understanding. First impressions mean a lot to me; it sets the mood for the stay. We come here every year around Labour Day weekend, but this was - by far - one of the best times we’ve had since we started doing this ten years ago. The room was very clean, the pool was well-maintained, and every day we received a housekeeping check for more towels, linens, tissues, toiletries, etc. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming, we had a wonderful week away from home!

Beds are a little too firm for me, but it might be because I’ve had a few back surgeries so I’m a little more sensitive to textures.

The room was very clean, towels were immaculate, the room smelled nice, everything was in working order, plenty of parking, the pool was clean and sanitized properly, and the most important part - the staff were amazing! I never felt nervous approaching the men for fresh towels or linens, they always said hi, they were always willing to help and make sure that my stay was great, 10/100 customer service, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a full size fridge and kitchenette. The front desk staff were wonderful, helpful and welcoming.

I found that the fragrance in the room was overwhelming when I arrived. Over the few days I was there, it became more tolerable. It would be nice if unscented products were used, as it was quite intense.

Convenience of outside room to the parking lot. Loved the full size fridge and china mugs and full size coffee maker for morning coffee. Convenience of close by grocery stores and fast food restaurants nearby.

Needed disposable plastic cups for water. Recycling bin would have been good too.

No breakfast. Location was convenient but not scenic or pleasant. There is an abandonned building and a vacant lot next door. Unseemly at best, but the motel itself was more than satisfactory. Water was hot and the water pressure was perfect. Room was clean. Ari conditioner was adequate and working. TV was flawless. The fridge was excellent. Check in and out was seamless and without any bother. Parking was free and the pool was clean and available. One is close to every kind of restaurant in just about any direction. A petrol station is just across the street, Gorcery stores are in a minimal walking distance. The facility was 20 minutes from Barrie, the waterfront and the soccer fields. Beautiful area. I would go back.

Again, the only drawback was the property next door.

Service. The people were very kind and understanding.They switched our room right away when we had no kitchenette and were accommodating as much as possible.

Well, we were hoping to have rooms cleaned a couple of times during our week stay. hey did change towels and removed garbage. Also the only day we had free to use the pool it was unavailable due to a filter problem. That was a bummer.

This is my fourth stay at the Angus inn motel. Every time is an exceptional visit. Management bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable. I had hurt my leg and they came out and carried my bags upstairs got me an ice pack and was so very thoughtful. I will be returning soon. I have family that lives in the area and it's my go-to motel.

I have no complaints about this hotel.

Super clean and quiet little motel with wonderful, friendly staff. Conveniently located to restaurants, a grocery store and several corner stores. There are BBQs on site for use and a nice little outdoor pool. Our room was neat and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was super accommodating and helpful. We were easily able to make arrangements to stay an additional night without any hassle and were glad that we did.

It was immaculate. Like, incredibly clean. Ove stayed in more expensive hotels that were not as nice or clean as this, I was impressed

Not the motels fault but the couple next to us was fighting from at least 2am until 10:30am when we left. It didn't stop. Yelling, throwing stuff, it basically meant that we didn't sleep at all

I liked the cleanliness and the fact that the room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

The man who checked us in was wonderful, but the man at the desk in the morning wouldn't allow us to stay until 11:30.
