Great room and facilities. The restaurant was convenient, the meal was great. Maybe a little expensive.

It just happened that we were tired and went to bed early but our neighbours did not. They were loud and up partying and the kids were running in the halls and knocking on doors. Very noisy. Next time I will know to take ear plugs. It is an older hotel and the rooms are showing their age. This is my complaint in all hotels, the bathroom toilets are too low. Much lower than a normal house toilet. When you renovate, keep this in mind. Your guests are not getting any younger.

The property was in a great location for many things. Restaurants, shopping snd great highway access. The common areas were very clean. The staff were very friendly, engaging and accommodating.

There was hair on the ceiling in the room I had, some stains down the walls and stains on the carpet. The chair in the room was very worn and outdated.

They did not have a complimentary breakfast, which would have been nice. Comfortable bed, nice room. Called the front desk as we needed coffee pods and they brought them to the room. When the person came with the coffee, I asked him where the ice machine was and he offered to get it for us. Excellent service!

The room was clean, well maintained. The balcony was nice though it was chilly so we didn’t get to use it much! The pool was closed when we arrived, but we got to use it early in the morning before we had to go. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean, bright and kept well.

Not that I didn’t like, but it does seem to be rather spread out, with stairs and walking to get to rooms. We didn’t mind this! But if people have mobility issues, you may want to book a room with parking lot access, or one with an elevator.

was very clean and well maintained. Easy to get to and close to many admenities. Easy access to Hwy 400 for anyone travelling. We did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and well maintained. The gardens and kawns were very nice. We had a balcony off our room which was lovely for relaxing in the evening and in the morning with coffee. Definately would stay here again.

We went to see my brother-in-law and his family in Barrie for the weekend with my in-laws. We had adjoining rooms, with a good in house restaurant/bar, with a decent pool. The location is also close to many of the places we were going in Barrie. This hotel has large grounds - great for kids to play outside.

The shower made some weird sounds, and kids playing in the halls was a little annoying, but it didn't continue for long. Also the pillows were way to soft for my liking - but I fell asleep so they were fine.

I've stayed at the Allure many times never would stay anywhere else

Everything also walk out patio or room's with balconies looking out at the courtyard loved it

Hockey Tournament, kids playing sticks in the hallway, constantly banging on the door with the ball, stick or a solid, body check.

I loved how accommodating the staff was. In our original room we ended up finding ants and when it was brought up to the front desk staff, they immediately switched us to a new room. I also ended up leaving my airpods at the hotel and I found the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve them.

The hotel could benefit from some deep cleaning where once a quarter the tables and beds are pulled out from the walls and everything is wiped down. The hotel is also a little confusing to navigate, but we got the hang of it eventually.

We loved the friendly staff and the comfortable beds. The place was clean and close to many restaurants in walking distance.

There was a security door that was opened on the ground level even though the top level required our room key cards to get in. And the internet was not good at all. Ww were unable to connect on any of our devices no matter what they were.
