Dining area by the lobby, great choice for breakfast, comfortable beds, everything was in good repair and very clean, fridge and microwave in room appreciated, friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

Difficult to figure out how the heating worked...no instructions. 2 compact armchairs would have been nice for our room which had 2 queen size beds.

Very clean. Lots of parking by entrance. Right off the 400 HWY. Super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices (2 diff sausages, scrambled eggs and omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit etc etc) probably one of the best “free breakfast” I’ve had at a hotel before. Beds super comfy. Smart TV (make sure you sign out of your accounts). Super quiet rooms

The room was very clean and presented nicely. Loved the microwave/coffee station/fridge combo. Enjoyed the walk-in shower, and the countertop was beautiful. Loved how that was carried over to the window ledge. The room was a bit small, but honestly, it was all we needed.

The room was chilly when we arrived. We made several attempts at turning the a/c off to no avail. To be fair, we didn't ask for assistance from the front desk. The lack of a charging station was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast always was replenished and the food was hot. We enjoyed the open coffee & tea bar. The lobby seating area was nice to relax

I don't believe we had no issues. Other than disappointed in no whirl pool. When it was mentioned in amenities.

It met the needs of our group. We were travelling to area for a hockey tournament as a team. We liked the large lobby area with television where we congregated to watch the world cup!

It was rather pricey and this really surprised me $326 for one night! The other issue that was very concerning was that although the pool was open, the hot tub was not and had been emptied. The empty hottub is connected to the pool and posed a major safety hazard. This is very dangerous and I can't believe that there hasn't been a serious injury. It should be covered at minimum.

The staff (from front desk to housekeeping) went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special. The 24/7 availability of hot drinks in the breakfast area was also welcomed - especially when coming back late after the event. The beds were super comfortable.

Room was clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cable tv provider is not aligned with the area. Example, Sportsnet East is not available only Sportsnet West.

the location was excellent. the King suite was perfect for combining some work with our vacation. a real desk check was great. the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee was all you could ask for.

the towels were too small! we did not have the large bath towels I’ve come to expect at hotels.

Breakfast was very good, excellent choices and kept well organized. The night desk manager was very helpful👍

The bathrooms are very small and cramped.

People were sheltering in the lobby that were not guests. Felt unsafe
