Overall nice place and very friendly staff and great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, mini golf. Walmart 5 minutes away. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and were welcomed by Tiffany who told us we coukd enjoy the hotel facilities until the room was ready. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Room had microwave, Keurig machine with coffee pods, TV, mini fridge towels and toiletries. When checking out Laurie told us we could leave our car on hotel property free of charge and enjoy the hotel facilities or go the beach for the remainder of the day. Everyone was very friendly including Grant the pool guy and the cleaning staff. Thanks for the great stay. We will be definitley be back

Staff really make this place, everyone was amazing, helpful and some even went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable, especially Dana. On another note, the fridge comes with a freezer and was actually cold, so many a hotel I've gone to it wasn't even cool. This came in handy so I didn't need to spend money on ice. BBQ was clean and cooking utensils supplied, staff kept clean, only time was dirty was if a guest used and didn't clean up after themselves.

Stains on chairs, only 1 bedside table. I did find a hair on the inside of sheets, which i was surprised, as I saw the staff cleaning rooms very well and stripping beds fully.

Staff were friendly, helpful, open. Let us check in 1½ hours early. Property much nicer than I thought when I thought “Wasaga Beach motel”. Pool looked very nice, crystal clear but we didn't have a chance to try it. Everything was very clean. Easy to get in and out of, easy to walk to the beach

I have to stretch for things I didn’t like: - It is a motel, so it’s laid out and amenitied like any motel - Parking lot was a bit on the tight side; when we went out for supper we lost our parking space and had to park “far” (not at all far) from our room - Not a lot of electric light in the room - The screen on the bathroom window was torn, but the window was closed so we didn’t care

I highly recommend this hotel. My daughter and stayed for 3 nights. Check-in and check-out was fast and simple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, towels provided along with toiletries. The room also had a Keurig coffee machine and coffee pods, sugar and cream were provided. The hotel has a saltwater pool, propane BBQ, picnic tables, a firepit.The location was great. No need to drive anywhere as it is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, Walmart, and mini golf. Its also pet friendly. I will definitely go back. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed.

The location was great, in the heart of the town. The hotel manager was pleasant and the pool and barbecue areas in the middle were appreciated.

The facilities are badly in need of some renos. The AC in the room was noisy with some missing buttons, the room and washroom was smaller than expected.

this is a place to rest your head and sleep. The outside is set up for some relaxation opportunities ie pool, fire pit and 2 bbqs (never used by me) but opportunity is there.

I didn’t like that there wasn't disposable cups for coffee or water. There is mugs available, but nothing available to give them a little refreshing before use. (ie dish soap)

The room was spacious, clean and well organised. Bed coverings and pillows were clean and enough for 4. Bathroom had enough towels and shampoo, conditioner, gel dispensers filled.

The window in bathroom was not closing, was a bit inconvenient to take a shower with open window. Car parking is not guaranteed if the motel is fully booked then parking is hard.

I loved the staff here I thought 700 for 2 nights for a motel was pretty expensive . You can stay at a nice hotel not a motel for that but for a motel it was clean and the staff were fabulous

I was told if I paid at the time of booking I would save 50$ and if I paid at the property I would not but I picked pay at the property because I like doing it in person however they charged my card when I booked and didnt wait until I got there and yet I didn't save the 50 dollars which didn't seem right

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, Skull Island, just down the road from shopping area. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Ladies at front desk were wonderful and accommodating.

Only downside was the small bar beside the property, which was quiet until closing time when the patrons were leaving.

II always stay here. This was my third visit this summer. It’s very clean and staff are very welcoming. Location is perfect.

The only thing missing this time around were the small wash cloths. I had to use the larger hand towels to shower with. Also the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it smelled. I don’t ever complain but this time around this is what happened. All the other stays were perfect.
