The suite was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The resort staff was nice and helpful, answered all my questions promptly even before arrival. We only spent there one single night and did not explore all of the facilities, but by looking at their map there was plenty to do in there. We were also pleasantly surprised how quiet it was even though the hotel was full. The bed mattresses were more on a firmer side but very close to what we have in our bedroom, so it was not a big deal for us. The pillows were nice and comfy though. All of us enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Wasaga Beach.

The room was spacious and well equipped. There was a coffee maker, fridge, and a small kitchenette, which was handy for a coffee and dessert in the evening and quick coffee and toast in the morning. We saw facilities on the property like a swimming pool and play area, but didn't spend much time at the property.

At exactly check out time, there was no one in the reception office, and it was locked. We had an issue we really needed to talk to someone about, and we did not have the opportunity. That was an awful call on their part, not customer service friendly at all.

We were 6 people and reserved a 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds, and it was amazing! Modern renovations and everything was clean. Literally across the road from the beach! Next time, we will book longer as we only got to spend 1 day/night on our way home from a different town. Staff was great, and the Indian restaurant a min away was the BEST! Loved everything about our stay!

The two double beds in the one bedroom could have been more supportive and comfortable. The big king bed in the other room was awesome! Everyone ended up sleeping well.

I return every year and try a different room / cottage. This year, we stayed in Room 6 (2 bedroom in main building) and it was THE BEST experience we’ve had to date. We couldn’t get logged into the WiFi this time and never really figured out why… that’s was probably the worst thing but we really didn’t try too hard to resolve the issue and this hasn’t been an issue in past years.

Very nice staff, great service at front desk (free coffee & snacks for kids) well kept heated pool, very clean chalets, all necessities included. Very comfortable beds. Location was exceptional

Few inclusions listed upon booking were not available such as spa, exterior chess game. Landscaping could be better groomed. Wood for fire is provided but would be practical if fire starters were for sell. Should have trash facilities unreachable by racoons and skunks.

We loved the friendly and attentive staff (shoutout to Autumn and Brian) as well as any of the staff we met during our week there. Everyone was MORE than helpful ALWAYS!!! The kitchenette was perfectly appointed with all the necessary kitchen/cooking accessories and the property was IMPECCABLE! Oh yes!......Water pressure was fantastic too!

The Saga resort is amazing - not only because of its short location to the beach, but also due to it being close to so many restaurants and stores. The rooms are super clean and has everything one needs for their stay. I'm from England, and I've just returned for a second stay here. Was really happy to see the same friendly staff from 3 years ago! Jennifer is amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and stress free. If there's anything she can do to help, she will! Jarod keeps everything running smoothly and is great at keeping the grounds/walkways safe during winter... like Jennifer, he's also super helpful and welcoming. Complimentary fresh coffee/tea and breakfast bars in the morning. It's the best hotel in Wasaga! Will definitely be returning!!

The property and facilities were well maintained. Exceptional accommodations and we felt the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were extremely happy with our stay at Saga Resort.

While I understand that the design/layout of our room could not accommodate an outside balcony or sitting area, it would have been nice to have one in front of our room. This, however, did not detract from our stay

The staff are always friendly. Camp fire set up by the property management which is a nice touch. Fully furnished kitchen to save you some money if you feel like cooking. Booking a suite is always great for the early risers not to disturb those that sleep in. Always a wonderful stay.

The location was SO perfect, right at the corner of the bridge to the main beach, and beside Skull Island miniputt - super cool place! Trees on property and the layout of the place make it feel secluded, while every room faces the water. On the upstairs balcony I could see the lake and the sunset a bit, making it feel extra close to the water. The firepit, clean outdoor pool with great seating, fun playground, basketball court, volleyball net - the perfect place to step back into from a hot beachy day. Other cottages right beside make it feel like a community, lots of other families around to mix it up between the odd groups of bachelor and bachelorette parties around. The air conditioner was powerful, quite loud but that drowned out some stuff going on outside. Security on site all night all weekend made it feel safe. It is family run with family members living both on site and nearby - all working hard to take care of the place in the busy summer months. Th staff went above and beyond and clearly care about the place - from little things available like a spare volleyball, badminton rackets, tboardgames, to the snacks and the cutest jewelery for sale. (looked everywhere for an anklet I liked - found the perfect one right at our hotel for 5$ :)) They had an air compressor and helped by blowing up our pool floaty! The complimentary coffee was perfect and those dang muffins - so good! Lots of different granola bars, good selection of tea, hot chocolate for my kiddo with the kettle ready to go. Our room had a full kitchen, included kettle, toaster, cuttlery/dishes, dish soap, papertowel, awesome blow dryer, soaps and towels, TV (took us a while to figure out - limited selection but still plenty options. Great first trip to Wasaga for my daughter and me. Thank you!

The spare blanket was pretty old and light, we would've been a bit cozier with some nicer comforters but the beds were still comfortable and clean. The A/C was loud, but thankful for it drowning out the streets - which were also not too loud thanks to the nice trees and facing a quiet street! The hot tub was closed down, pool was beautiful tho. Pics don't even do it justice! Tip: Earlier swims got the best sun. Would've maybe appreciated some hand lotion as it got dry in there but it I cared I could've asked. Just a suggestion :) Staff were approachable and friendly!
