Room and the bright colors. Had all the necessary toiletries and coffee utensils. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions.

I would have given excellent with regard to the staff etc. But after checking out I found an additional charge on my card. When I phoned the hotel they said it was a fee for damage and would be returned if nothing was missing or broken. I travel all the time and fees should be upfront and not hidden after the visitor checks out. This is a better business practice.

I believe we may have been double charged for the room. I booked online and had a receipt from Booking.com but neglected to bring the M/C I used for the booking with me. Desk clerk would not look at the receipt from Booking.com and my husband had to pay for the room at check in. Charges on my M/C ~$579.74 while his was charge was ~$620.

As a family with kids, I found that my kids enjoyed the idea of the SMART TV where we could easily log in to their fave streaming sites and enjoy their shows on their profiles as if we were at home. We also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Big shout out to the lady that prepares it and keeps everything together.

Very clean. Lots of parking by entrance. Right off the 400 HWY. Super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices (2 diff sausages, scrambled eggs and omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit etc etc) probably one of the best “free breakfast” I’ve had at a hotel before. Beds super comfy. Smart TV (make sure you sign out of your accounts). Super quiet rooms

Dining area by the lobby, great choice for breakfast, comfortable beds, everything was in good repair and very clean, fridge and microwave in room appreciated, friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

Difficult to figure out how the heating worked...no instructions. 2 compact armchairs would have been nice for our room which had 2 queen size beds.

Very clean and great staff - the breakfast was amazing especially the server. She’s so attentive & patient with us because we have a 14mos old baby she let us take our time feeding she didn’t rush us even though the breakfast done 9:30 we stayed until we finished

The breakfast always was replenished and the food was hot. We enjoyed the open coffee & tea bar. The lobby seating area was nice to relax

The room was very clean and presented nicely. Loved the microwave/coffee station/fridge combo. Enjoyed the walk-in shower, and the countertop was beautiful. Loved how that was carried over to the window ledge. The room was a bit small, but honestly, it was all we needed.

The room was chilly when we arrived. We made several attempts at turning the a/c off to no avail. To be fair, we didn't ask for assistance from the front desk. The lack of a charging station was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is great for one/two nights on a road trip. Location is just off Hwy 400 and there is plenty of parking. The room was comfortable and we liked the breakfast provided in house.

The lighting in the room could be improved.

It met the needs of our group. We were travelling to area for a hockey tournament as a team. We liked the large lobby area with television where we congregated to watch the world cup!

It was rather pricey and this really surprised me $326 for one night! The other issue that was very concerning was that although the pool was open, the hot tub was not and had been emptied. The empty hottub is connected to the pool and posed a major safety hazard. This is very dangerous and I can't believe that there hasn't been a serious injury. It should be covered at minimum.
