The resort is beautiful and very relaxing, perfect if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Rooms are clean and spacious. Decent restaurant.

They used to offer a good breakfast before , but during our stay this time, the options were very limited. Unfortunately, the pool and Jacuzzi were out of service as well. Additionally, the lakeside area could be better maintained. The AC was too noisy 😐 If you have children or are seeking a lively atmosphere with lots of activities, this might not be the best choice.

We have stayed there a few times. Our girls love the pool and hot tub. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stay there because it is close to the relatives and we have invited the relatives to have dinner with us at the on site restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. The included breakfast makes it convenient to feed the kids right away without having to travel.

Nothing to not like.

We loved the location of our room - near the water. We loved that we had a beautiful view of the water from our room and we loved the beautiful and amazing dock.

We were unaware until our arrival, that the restaurant wasn’t open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. As per the website, we were expecting a microwave … there was a place for one, but it was empty. There was no plastic bag in the garbage bin, no recycling bin and no Kleenex in the Kleenex bin in the bathroom

Location was phenomenal. And the hotel staff was great and very friendly. The common areas were lovely. Our room in particular was OK. It was older, but the bed were new and very comfortable.

The room for the price wasn’t up to par in comparison to some of the other rooms. We were there for a wedding, so we got to see some of the other guests rooms who paid the same amount. It was clean and the bathroom was nice and the beds were really nice. I would just say that the room is a bit older.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much, actually all the food there was very good. The wait staff were very kind and very pleasant which made our stay enjoyable.

The only thing I could say is the restaurant was closed due to holidays but the walk was short to another restaurant or eatery. This did not take away form our experience.

The hotel have access to the lake!! They have indoor swimming pool . Small but enough good to have fun. The hotel is really clean… the bed is really confortable… staff is very friendly. Check in so easy. Check out is easy too.

This was our first time in this hotel we just stayed one night, we didn’t have more time to stay another night!!!

Liked the room, parking space

Access to the lake is limited. We prefered to use the adjacent public park which has a dock to get in the water. It's not the hotel's fault but the entire area around Lake Simcoe screams "residents only, no tourists" ; some public parking spaces display that sign literally.

This Hotel is right on Lake Simcoe with a beautiful view of the lake. Although the facilities had a little wear & Tear on the outside, it was overall really clean & the staff was extremely nice. We were also traveling with our twin 4-yr olds, & the weekend breakfast buffet was free for them.

Just some minor repairs needed due to wear, like a couple worn deck boards in the back. Ice machine wasn’t working, but staff provided Ice in a Cooler by the front desk.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Service was very friendly and welcoming. It made our visit fun. The room was spacious. They upgraded us to a suite. The staff were a lot of fun to talk with. The location on Lake Simcoe. is superb. I'd like to come back in the summer.

There were some needed repairs in the room and restaurant. Nothing serious, just cosmetic issues.

Location was fine but as there were guests from a couple of weddings the day before service was understandably slow. The manager apologized for the long wait and said our breakfast was on the house which I thought was a very nice touch.

There were no ice machines in our section which was a small inconvenience.
