Affordable. Close to public transit and many restaurants. Liked the large, functional fridge and sink. Liked the functional bathroom. Liked that the sheets and towels were very clean. I liked that there were no signs of bug infestations. We liked the helpful and ever polite reception staff.

Below military standard but likely up to student/university standard (furniture, simple and easy to replace... not made to be comfortable or inviting). Understandably, there are no utensils in the kitchenette (the students would have taken them). The pillows are awful (bring your own). We were warned by email that the building is undergoing renovations... so there will be a lot of construction and walls/floors in need of repair as it is a dormitory being renovated.

I highly recommend staying here if you are travelling with a friend as you each have your own room. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. It was located very close to where my friend had her appointment. Also very close to the hospital. If you have a loved one or friend in hospital then this is the place to stay.

Too many closed off accesses to get to the centre. You have to go out of your way to get to the street that you need to get to the centre. After getting turned around a few times I did discover an easy route to get to my friend's appointment and an easier way to to get to where we were staying.

The building was a dormitory converted into a hotel over the summer. The rooms weren't anything fancy, as expected from dorms but it had a kitchen and the laundry in the building was very helpful. The front desk staff were very kind.

Beds weren't super comfy but expected from dorms and the price. Overall happy with our stay.

This is not a hotel. It was very cheap price wise, but it is a residence for college students, it was clean comfortable, but none of the perks you see in regular hotel

Extremely efficient and accomodating staff. I parked in the wrong area as I had arrived quite late and the staff handled the ticket without my having to worry about it. They were very kind and prompt with questions and additional needs and I really appreciated that.

We didn't even remember breakfast was included - lolol. Only complaint was the construction noises in the morning, but really it was a lovely experince.

The facility was very clean and cost effective. Very attentive staff. Lots of parkiing. We were there for just one night for the Barrie Waterfront Marathon. It met our needs.

The bed seemed smaller than a double and more firm than I like

Brady!!! Brady was fabulous even at the end of his shift. He answered all my questions, got my gregarious sense is humor and has a wonderful personality. He needs a raise!! The customer is always right!!

Directions could be a little clearer. Waze had a difficult time with the location.

Loved all the space. It's basically a college dorm room that has 2 bedrooms, a full size fridge, microwave, and table with chairs. The bathroom also had great lighting and lots of room.

Parking is a pretty far from the room.
