Always Always ALWAYS top notch!! I love how it feels like home every time we come!♡ The drive-up to the door is certainly beneficial when you travel like we do. The morning meal is delicious, as well as the midnight snack machine! Staff is always friendly, even saying good morning to our pup. 😄 Coffee in the room in the morning & a small fridge & freezer to keep a few things for a longer stay.

Only one little thing... he previous dwellers spilled their snacks (chips) behind the dressers & staff had to come & sweep them up. The rest of the room was SPOTLESS!! Including under the bed & the back of the toilet!! This was def a one off.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options as scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins, made yourself waffles, toasts, juice, coffee and tea. The lady who prepares the food was especially nice and welcoming. On the plus side, the location is great—close to many restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel is a bit outdated, and the price felt a little high for what you get. For families traveling with kids, it’s important to note that the hotel doesn’t have a pool or gym.

We have grown to LOVE this place!! The staff are super friendly. The rooms are super clean. And the hot breakfast is super scrumptious!! There are some grassy areas to sit & unwind. A nice BBQ area & pavilion. And all the goodies nearby, Tim Horton's Mary Brown's, Kelsey's, East side Mario's, etc. Munchies for sale in the lobby. Yum yum. When we are looking for somewhere to go, we start by looking for a Comfort Inn!! ♡

There does seem to be a little bit of a disconnect between the online platform (tho we do use a third party) and the person behind the desk. Some details are sometimes missing, arrival times or type of room. They can usually accommodate, but it could become problematic. Aside from that , it is a beautiful, respectable little place.. and it has us coming back over and over again!!

Breakfast was great. Omelettes were actually pretty good compared to many hotel eggs. The lady in charge of the breakfast was so helpful and friendly.

Our room was changed from a king with 2 beds to a queen with twin pullout without our knowledge or consent. The manager did not contact me ahead of time about this change and left it up to the poor girl at the front counter to let us know upon arrival. The manager had left for the day when we arrived also. I booked TWO MONTHS in advance and should have had the room requested or, at the very least told ahead of time. AND they only took about $15 off of our room for this inconvenience.

Why does Booking .Com not supply A copy of the room account. This the second time this year . i also feel that the amount seem to crehange each time.I have not received a copy. regards, ernest thomas

Nice breakfast area lots of seating and really clean. Great selection of breakfast items.Young women staff member friendly and efficient at cleaning and filling breakfast items. Orange juice was very good. Comfy office chair loved the plug ins for electronics in lamps. Night light in bathroom was handy. Soft towels in bathroom and larger ones. Soft comfy bed lots of pillows. Recycle bin under the sink in bathroom.Great location for highway access and restaurants. Picnic tables. Check in was great let us book in a little earlier and very friendly staff member. Loved all the trees along the one side of the property and gazebo and barbecue .

Duvets on both beds were white had lots of yellow areas and stains and NO covers . Need to be replaced in 210. Windows on the top floor landings at back are really dirty .Could use some umbrellas on picnic tables .

I did not mlike the bathtub in the washroom because I cannot climb over the lip of the bathtubn due to mobility issues. I found the breakfast area crowded and noisy in the morning, but the food was good. The location was far from Casino Rama.

We all know how hit and miss Comfort Inns (and for that matter all chain hotels) can be. Count this one as golden and near perfect. Carpeted hallways, extremely comfortable beds, great warm staff and generous breakfasts. Coffee juices, endless bacon, eggs, cereals, toast and much more. Rooms have comfortable office chairs, some have couches, very clean, ground floor walkouts to your car. Kelsey's next door does killer chicken wings and ribs, steaks etc and their beer prices are quite good. You get 10% off because you are staying at the Comfort Inn. Parking lot can handle cargo trailers.

Clean. Front desk was amazing with helping us sort an issue with booking.com. We booked 2 rooms for the same night a couple weeks apart and booking.com took it upon themselves to DELETE one of our reservations. Thankful the hotel had a cancellation and the lady saved it for emergency otherwise the hotel was booked. Will never use booking.com again.

Decent hotel! It is an old, well-maintained building (which I love, no 'paper' walls). We had a double-queen room. White towels and white linen, spotless! Breakfast was delicious! I wanted to say thank you to that hard-working lady in the breakfast room - Lindsey, she was on top of the task!

AC was very old and stopped working in the middle of the night, but we were able to open a small window.
