We had a great stayed here,Kids enjoyed the inflatable water Park and canoeing. There's so much things to do here. They had an indoor and outdoor pool, kids playground, a Game Room and kids fun zone are great for rainy days.my little one enjoyed the horse wagon ride and the Amanda's exotic animals .We purchase a meal plan for the whole stay ,food are great, buffet set up for breakfast and lunch ,for dinner you can order separately from buffet. They offered a 3 course meal . Overall, we loved our stay here ,will definitely back again.
The only thing is we lost our phone stick holder, We're not sure if we left it in the room we are staying or in the beach .we just find out when we got home today.

The lake view from our room was incredible. The entire team was so overly kind, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Anything we needed they were so attentive! The assortment of food and gluten free options for celiacs was great and Sooo appreciated! Kitchen and dining staff were attentive and helpful and very well organized.
The pool area was renovated well but just far too much chlorine in the water that it was mercy and the smell was overpowering. A suggestion, to have a maintenance person checking it every couple hours to keep chlorine levels at a safe recommended level and the floors in there clean and dry especially with all the traffic during March break.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside hotel. The location is unbeatable, with every room offering breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms were clean, and the receptionists were always friendly and cheerful, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and nicely presented, though it felt a bit pricey given the limited variety. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and great service.
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at the restaurant when trying to sit at a table by the window. Although we were told these tables were reserved, we saw other guests without reservations being seated there. Despite this, the hotel is still a lovely choice for the views and friendly atmosphere.

This place is a hidden gem! It was a wonderful family getaway, with great amenities and food, amazing staff, and so many things to do! I'm not the most outdoorsy person in the winter, and the resort has many options for inside and outside! You can easily accommodate travel companions' needs with different tastes and have a fab time regardless of whether you like doing winter activities outdoors or having fun inside. We will definitely return!

I loved that it was right at the lake, that we could use the bicycles and water toys for free. There were fire pits and available wood for the guests too. The property was nicely decorated and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Take out food was okay. Kids fun zone was a nice bonus for our 6-year old!
There’s a train track nearby. The honking and very long trains woke me up quite a few times at night. The floor in the room was a bit sticky and some walls and light switches were not properly cleaned (noticed it because there were dark stains that I cleaned myself). However the pros outweigh the cons way more so I could definitely come here again!

The resort was well set up to accommodate a great family vacation! The beach was clean, kayaks & paddle boards were readily available, the water inflatables were awesome, and the availability of Muskoka Extreme for tubing, water skiing and wakeboarding was icing on the cake. The recreational tournaments were also fun, and all the staff was very accommodating!
The main dining room pricing was too expensive off meal ticket and the meal ticket at $110/person/day is too much. The food was alright, and the service was fine, but for the price, both need to be better.

I needed a place to stay overnight because I was attending a show at Casinorama that was going to run late. This hotel/resort exceeded my expectations from arrival onward. They booked me in a lovely cabin overlooking the lake they call "Rocky Point". The room was immaculate and the decor was very cozy. I loved it from the get-go. I also found out they have many activities/amenities on site that are not necessarily advertised on Booking.com. This is a family friendly resort. The kids certainly looking like they were having fun! This beautiful spot with it's many amenities would be more than enough to stay in on it's own for a nice peaceful holiday. Staff are excellent and well informed. I give this place a really strong recommendation!
Honestly I felt like I tripped over a "jewel in disguise" since I only stayed there one night. I hope to go back soon to spend more quality time there. If you are not sure about any part of their facilities/amenities I would take the time to call them. You won't be dissapointed!

This was our second visit. As usual, the place was clean, well maintained. The reception staff on training was welcoming. However the chief receptionist was rude, unfriendly and didn't even bother to keep an eye contact even when we asked her questions. She is a shame to the resort. Please keep staff who enjoy being in there.
The receptionist.

Breakfast buffet was good. View of the lake wonderful from restaurant and from room.
Dinner food was mediocre. Undercooked meat and overcooked pasta. The place needs some repairs but workers were around doing repairs so we assume it's still early in the season. The train is noisy in early morning since we are not used to it.

The check in process was very smooth and staff were very friendly. The resort itself has so many activities for kids and they have indoor and outdoor pool. Ample of parking although in the booking description it says no parking.
I won't say I don't like but just want to put it out there that this place can be super busy and crowded during summer so please book way in advance.
