We liked the room. It was well desiged, spacious and clean. Front desk and service staff members did a good job. Breakfast menu was good, although they could add one or two more items (like eggs and pancakes), but it was fine. There were plenty of free parking spots.

We really missed a pool. The gym equipments were broken and need maintenance.

Value for money!! The rooms were spacious and had everything we wanted for a good night's sleep and stay as we explored the Muskoka region. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea maker, 2 paper cups. Towels, basic toiletries and tissues were provided. No closet but hangers and a space to hang up clothes was appreciated. Breakfast was again basic but enough for us to fuel up before heading out for the day. Bagels, toast, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, cream cheese, juice, tea and coffee was enough for us. There's also a vending machine on the premises. We brought our own snacks. Staff was helpful and provided us with extra towels, water bottles and band aids for my son when we asked. Location was fantastic!! 3 min to Gull Lake Park which has a diving platform that kids loved. Under 30 min drive to Bracebridge and Arrowhead Provincial Park. Close to amenities and convenience stores. Must try Pizzas from Pizza One down the road.

Some of the surfaces in the room had dust on them, would appreciate better cleaning.

Room booked beside us had 2 small children, Used hallway as a play ground. Doors banging early and children screaming in hallways by 8 a.m running up and down. This went on for over 2 hours. I know it is difficult with small children but I would have like to slept in as I drove over 4.5 hours to get there. Not possible.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Everything is close to the hotel, which made it very handy & nice.

Was hoping for a little more choice at breakfast. The fruit offered were bananas, and they were on the brown side. Not an apple or orange, available and no yogurt or hard-boiled egg. But you could have toast or a bagel and the cereal was frosted flakes and corn flakes.

We were travelling and got stuck in the winter storm. We stopped in Gravenhurst for a break, and I suggested staying at this hotel. My sister and brother-in-law stay here and have always said good things. Rooms are clean, staff were super friendly.

The Sheets were a bit scratchy, but overall not a deal breaker.

It’s good value for money. Pretty simple and outdated, but clean and convenient place for Muskoka adventures. The great advantage for us-they are dog friendly!

The breakfast was very basic and still enough for very early mornings:) but what we would suggest is to add more colours to the walls (pics off muskoka sightings?) and music in the room. It will make breakfast so much better;) thanks!

I was not impressed with the breakfast.i would liked to have had regular size muffins and as well as banana, maybe oranges.the

The last day there was yogurt in fridge but not other days.there wasn't much milk, I like a small glass of milk at breakfast

Clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Safe parking lot

Stay was great. Just not the meal. Breakfast needed protein. No hot food(eggs nor bacon), no yogurt. No boiled eggs (sometimes cold boiled eggs are available). Available was toast,bagels, two kinds of cold cereal, juice, coffee, instant oatmeal(no nuts or brown sugar), oranges.

Breakfast is just continental but it was ok. Staff was so kind, chatted about where I was coming from and let us and our friends who were in another room have our takeout dinner in the lobby

Large clean room. Washroom clean. Heat worked very well. Simple self serve breakfast included. Ample parking that was freshly plowed

Tiny separate toilet/bath. You couldn’t open the door if you were using the toilet.
