The staff were very professional and welcoming. Nice, clean, cheerful, environment. Location is good - close to downtown, highway and shopping. Tea and coffee readily available (see one caveat to this, mentioned in next section). Being able to get ice easily on the ground floor as I was returning to the hotel was convenient. Good to have a small frog in the room.

The bed was a bit hard for me -- but I know that's a challenge to get right for everyone. The breakfast is exactly the same as breakfasts at hotel chains - nothing interesting. No ability to have coffee in the room other than to go downstairs to get it. I like to have a coffee when I am first up and getting ready. I was solo, so had no one to get a coffee for me. I know this is a "first world" criticism!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was great, and the breakfast was better than many other hotels I have stayed in. The 24/7 coffee and tea station was a nice touch as it made the lobby feel warm and lively at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of free parking spots, which was very convenient.

The only small issue was the breakfast schedule. It ends at 9 a.m., even on weekends, which makes it a bit rushed and crowded. Extending it to 10 a.m. on weekends would make the experience even better.

The hotel has washing machines and dryers available for guests to do their own laundry for a small fee. Rooms are well equipped and the location is peaceful. Though our room was on the street side, we slept well.

Rooms are made only every other day, not daily. This is not visible at booking.com and there is no discount for it either. We did not like the breakfast and especially disliked that all the food / beverages came in plastic cups and paper dishes.

Breakfast provided was hot with good variety. Friendly vibe. Bed was comfortable and whole hotel was very clean.

Front desk staff was limited to one employee. Could have used two. Problem at checkout was asked if I changed my credit card which I did not. A little unnerving but another employee came to the desk and straightened out their error.

The property was clean. The rooms were clean. The pool is small but comfortable. The continental breakfast was great for a quick meal. Lots of parking. The people visiting the hotel were really nice too. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms were dark.

The room itself is good. However could use a dresser and a proper clothes hanging area. The ones there - you would tend to forget your stuff like we did.

Great location! Very colorful, comfortable interior (both in lobby and room.). The pool was lovely, and the cozy chairs in the lobby were excellent for talking with friends/family, playing games or reading a good book! The staff were extremely accommodating and hospitable.

We didn’t appreciate the engineered laminate flooring in the hotel rooms. I know it’s functional and practical, but it was cold and brought all the salt and sand from outside into the room.

Location was perfect. Rooms nice and comfortable. Decore well done.

Check in a bit slow, and rep entered my info incorrectly, when checking out different rep tried to fix, said it was challenge, i didnt get confirm of my visa being reversed when i left, she promised it would be sent, still no confirmation Annoying to have to enter info all over again for wifi Rolling toaster didnt toast well Heater was noisy at startup Could hear other rooms at times

This property is immaculate. Brand new. They are keeping up with maintaining it. The decor was our fave! Loved the bright colours and funky designs. The kids are already asking when we can come back. The pool was pretty chilly but it had a cool waterfall and bubble blower.

Kind of weird eating right beside the check in counter on couches. Felt bad if kids spilt anything on the material.

Perhaps it was so good, because it is new :). I love the concept of the family lobby, with a plenty of cozy spaces to sit, chat, relax, play and have a free 24/7 coffee/tea/water. The staff was super friendly and helpful, facilities 'fresh' and comfortable, breakfast had enough options, pool was clean and lovely. Keep it like new please :)
