Staff was friendly, accommodations were very comfortable , rooms clean. Very one abided by the rules. Quiet Time is 10 pm and everyone was in by then. We enjoyed our stay very much. I liked the fact that there was a pool,as I am disabled and was unable to make it to the beach..more important my grandkids loved it and want to go back.
That I could not turn off my outside light.

I actually had to leave one day early as there was no wifi and that was absolutely needed. I called prior to going to confirm wifi and they did however it did not work. I inquired about a refund for the last day and was told no which upset me since they failed to meet what they had assured me was there.
The sofa bed mattress was terrible. I slept on the floor. No wifi. I left one day earlier as needed wifi for work and they refused to refund me for that day. I believe since they assured wifi and did not deliver that I am entitled to an one day refund

this is the 2nd time we have been here. Loved that the pool was up and running as we spent part of our afternoon there. Love the trails through the woods. It is just a nature lovers dream to stay there.
beds could be a little more comfortable; BBQ had a knob missing

The location and the cleanliness . Compared with last year there was a significant improvement in almost everything

Staffs are awesome, theres a lot of things you can do here with kids, family and friends

I loved the location 5 mins to tims and 20 mins to santas village! Also they had soo much for the kids to do, the play equipment and the beach was amazing. The family loved the waterpark.

Free tim hortons coffee in the morning and a perfect tucked in location right next to a beautiful waterfall.
There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. So dont forget to bring yours.

Location and beautiful falls with beach and not many people. Was perfect for much needed rest.
The fireplace wasn't working and the gas stove was tricky.
