Staff everywhere on site are wonderful, location was great for our reason for visiting and we really enjoyed the activities and fun in the snow while there: snowshoeing, cocktail class, winter walks, full Christmas dinner, fire pits, hot chocolate... It's near to town and to some great walks. We were fortunate enough to get some xc skiing at very nearby with freshly set tracks in bracebridge. I don't believe many were staying there while we were and the quiet time was very welcomed. And it's puppy friendly. Like not just tolerated but very welcomed and spoiled with some extra love. The fitness centre is not a typical hotel fitness centre. It has everything + and new higher end equipment.

This is so picky and totally preference but would have liked different coffee. A super nice nespresso machine and espresso pods are there which is great; we love a big ole cup of coffee too. We had our own instant so definitely not a big deal. They were so great that may have been able to accommodate if we asked.

Absolutely Beautiful. Quiet. Except for the frogs croaking in the pond. I love that sound. Beautiful sunset. Gorgeous golf course. They are expanding with roof top infinity pool. It will only continue to become a relaxing, Beautiful experience.

Straight uphill to get to the Restaurant. A short walk from the main building. However, the food , was amazing with beautiful views. We also had music with a local entertainer playing a keyboard and singing. I must admit “Sweet Caroline” caused people to stop eating and sing along. So the climb was worth it and I actually Didn’t mind I suggest the Filet Mignon, but many other choices to choose.

Shoutout to Hailey at the Pro Shop! She helped us with activities and answered all of our questions about trails, hotel direction and even recommendation from the restaurant. She literally made a such a big difference in our experience here. About hotel itself, it’s clean and spacious. Our room comes with a full kitchen and all the necessary appliances. We’re considering coming back in the summer too.

The only complaint for the room would be lack of seating area. There are chairs but It’d be nice if they have sofa and there’s totally enough room for a sofa.

The spacious and immaculate room was a delight, particularly the balcony which offered a serene view of the golf course. The staff's exceptional service stood out, reflecting their remarkable training. Their attentiveness made us feel valued and surpassed the experience at many renowned chain hotels we've visited. Additionally, the hotel's dog-friendly policy was a wonderful bonus for us.

our experience was marred by the fact that we were unable to enjoy the dining facilities. Despite the hotel’s pet-friendly approach, the restaurant’s patio did not accommodate our canine companion, even when there were very few other diners present. Our requests to be seated in a secluded corner of the patio were declined, forcing us to seek dining options elsewhere. This oversight was quite disappointing and, regrettably, impacted our overall satisfaction, leading to a rating of 9 out of 10.

Great location great amenities great service! Love the infinity pool with amazing view overlooking the golf course and the trees. Fully equipped kitchen in the townhouse is amazing. Next time you would not even need to bring your own plates or utensils.

I wish there'd be laundry bags and more sizes of garbage bags available but it is minor. Nothing much to complain really.. And the service was great too, the front desk was super responsive to all the inquiries and very accommodating to our requests!

The facilities. The three bedroom villa exceeded my expectations, the unit was fantastic, ample space, lovely furniture, and it had everything we needed

The pool. A very small pool for the size of this resort. I was told over the phone that the pool was heated, it was not. And there are 2 pools, one for children and one for adults. We were not able to understand why some parents insisted in using the adults pool for their kids, and nobody at the resort was able to enforce a rule, so that we adults can enjoy some quiet time.

The Villa which we were given was very clean and felt very cozy. The environment of the Resort felt unreal which was a good change from the city.

Only thing I can think of that could have been better was the distance between the Villa and the front desk. The distance was noting to travel, but it made it feel like the service could not be reached from the villa.

Such friendly staff, they really stood out for their genuine service. Particularly to 2 guys who drove us too and fro to the guest house. I’m sorry to say I can’t remember their names! The kitchen was well equipped, we did upgrade to a 2 bed unit as the original one bed with sofa bed was very small. Great kit in the gym and a nice pool for a dip/ relax at the end of the day.

The hotel at the first sight looks new, very well maintained. It’s modern, very clean, functional and the bedding are so comfortable! Room in the main building # 503 has an incredible terrasse with lounge and a dinning table. The view of the golf course is breathtaking. You also have just on the right a nice view of the sunset. A special word for the « female-garden-team » who do an amazing job. It’s just incredible, beautiful. Bravo! and for the helpful hotel staff. Thank you for everything.

Nice property. We went early December so there was not much to do or see but they did a nice Christmas decorations and it felt festive.

The bathroom of the unit we stayed in was not in good repair. The shower had been leaking at some point and there was a terrible patch up and the baseboard was rotting and swelled due to prolonged water exposure. I was surprised considering how much we paid for one night.
