Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and lobby, very welcoming and greeted me wonderful for my first stay. Billie served me and she was Excellent she was kind and courteous and very nice and treated me so well when I told her I was there for my birthday and anniversary she wrote me a note thanking me for choosing Fairfield by Marriott Gravenhurst for my special occasions along with a few goodies. I was so happy to be there for the 3 days I was there and I will be back for a longer stay in the future. My friends and family will definitely want to come after my positive recommendations!!!

I would’ve liked them to build a balcony to walk out to in the morning for a cup of coffee outside my room and enjoy the sunshine. I didn’t see any as I looked outside the hotel. I also found that the air circulation was very limited after taking a shower there was no switch on the wall in my room for a fan in the bathroom to release any mist or steam that fogged the bathroom mirrors etc.

The breakfast was excellent. Simple and tasty. Very clean dining area. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and well stocked. Very convenient to all attractions, food vendors and stores. No hesitation in using this hotel in the future, or recommending it for others.

Convenient location, room was spacious and well appointed, simple, modern style and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was nicely presented, lots of choice. Hotel was exceptionally quiet, once in your room you could not hear other guests, plumbing noises or traffic, just lovely.

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly staff and a self service laundry.

No china, everything was cardboard or plastic, lots of single use plastic and my pet hate is drinking out of cardboard. A bit of a shock for a great hotel in every other way.

Clean & we could take our dog with us.

Hydro was down for a few hours & we couldn’t get in right away but the property was beautiful

Well Maintained. Great staff. Location is not so great but you kinda know its outside gravenhurst. Still a good hotel to stay if visiting Muskoka or Algonquin.
