Friendly staff and easy check-in/out. I appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room and especially the bathtub (rare these days). The bed was comfortable and the linen super clean. Also (in May) it was very quiet in the neighbourhood.

Really for the price it was all good! Maybe the level of cleaning/renovation of the motel could use work, but again for the price all was good!!

Location was excellent, really central and convenient for cyclists, plus easy to store your bicycle inside if you're doing a cycle tour. The front desk person was great and helped us with an issue with the television. Clean, quiet, friendly motel.

The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but would have had no problem staying longer. The location was close to major eatery. Orillia just received a good dump of snow, but the parking lot was clear.

The TV could have been of better quality, but it worked fine.

The motel was fantastic. Perfect sized, very comfortable. Had a fantastic kettle, fan and everything you'd need! The location is so close to the water and many walking trails. We really enjoyed it.

I did not expect too much at this motel, however, it was clean and cozy and very good price. The staff member who checked us in was very pleasant. Will stay here again.

Not the most elegant of Motels but for our purposes, an overnight stay, it was all we needed. Convenient location and the price was right. The management went out of their way to prepare our room for our early arrival.

You could see the outside through the door and the door jam,, the drain plug in the bathtub was too small,, we had to put a wash cloth in the hole to keep the water from going down... but we still enjoyed our time there ...

I was there for a course, aug 15-18-2022, stayed in room 5, I have seen pics posted for this room on other review sites actually and this aligned for the most part. The room is small, like a guesthouse if you have ever stayed in those, it was on par. The room is small, queen sized bed, maybe a little soft for my liking. the TV was so-so, reception a little snowy, I dont watch TV except for weather anyways... Bathroom, was host to the (window) air cond so you open bathroom door to cool the room, AC a little noisey, but par for a "window" unit. Bathtub nawww its basically a large shower stall. Im fine with that. The Toilet is a little close to the wall, so its a little tight if you are a bigger person. Also had a small desk, a bar fridge, and a little 1 cup coffee machine. Great location, 2 block walk to the lake, which had a boardwalk some picnic tables & benches, nice view. A metro grocery store 1 block away (open till 9 pm) as well as a couple pharmacies, a liquor store a bike shop, small Chinese takeout, a subway & Mr. Sub & a pair of "pubs" all in 3 blocks. Lots of parking if ya need that, and another parking lot out back if ya had an RV. Location is right off the "main drag" I think it was called "front street" The front desk is a family operation and they were helpful and cheerful, but by no means a "marriot" experience. They were super nice and were fine when I had to alter my reservation (on 24 hours notice as I booked wrong date) it was $90/ nite (still prime season) so with taxes n stuff, I would say a little over $300 for my 3 night stay. It is a great crash pad, if you just need a place to crash without spending to much money. This is not a high end luxury venue for those who need that. I also saw no bugs of any sort, this was a concern that worried me from other reviewers.

Hmm, I like a very firm mattress, and these mattresses were a little soft for my liking. Some light sleepers would probably not be happy about a window air cond unit, those are noisey.... I always sleep with ear plugs, no probs. And the toilet is a little close to the bathroom wall, so not much leg room if you are a bigger person. I am 5'7" and just enough for me.

The room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfy. Quiet area . Just a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Less than 10 minute walk to places to eat. Front office staff was so friendly and helpful. Customer service done right!!

Ground level. Quiet area. Air condioner on when we arrived on a hot day. Clean white sheets and extra pillows. Small fridge to keep our drinks cold. Close to restaurants.

Very dated but clean. Could use updated curtains and bed cover but really no complaints.
