Staff is friendly, the location was perfect for our needs and the food was delicious.

The facility is a bit outdated, it is clear that they are actively working on it though. Sad that the hot tubs are still out of order. A bit pricey for how outdated it is, hopefully the prices do not go up once the renovations are complete.

Of course the view was exceptional. The staff were great and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Very surprised for a place off the beaten path

Number one had to be the bugs but just keep your repellant handy. Inside is clean but outdoors had many cobwebs and dirt (outside furniture in backyard, kayaks , pedalboats, and balconies etc) but keep in mind THIS IS COTTAGE COUNTRY.!!!!

It was located right on the waterfront of a lagoon . Right outside my window was a yacht !

It was a little older, has a slight musty smell and cobwebs. Many spiders in my room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the hours were great from 9:00am to 11:00. We were given an extended checkout until noon. The property location is beautiful and nice and close to home for a little get away. Pool was warm and large. The bed was so comfortable.

It is an old hotel. They have done some fixing up but could use some more updating. I have been going there off and on for many, many years and not much has changed. They are new owners, so hopefully they will continue with upgrades.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. We did have what we needed in the room such as kettle, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Room is spacious. Outside of the hotel is very beautiful.

The bed was not comfortable, we requested firm bed and hotel was pretty vacant, but they didn’t accommodate our request. The hotel is very old, and out of date.

Have been to this location in the past when it was The Knights Inn. Was very happy to learn that there would be another hotel on this property. The private beach for resort guests only is beautiful. Very shallow waters and great for little ones. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The indoor pool was great for a day after the beach. Although the hot tubs weren't working when we were there, hopefully they will be available soon. The restaurant was good. The food could have been a bit better, but, all in all would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant food options could be a bit broader, and better quality.

The resort decor is dated in areas but updated in others and overall very pleasant. The patio is very nice and staff were great. I will return to this beautiful spot

I couldn't have chosen a better place. Welcoming, accommodating, clean, organized, excellent staff, and good food ~ my only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you for creating such a wonderful retreat.

Good location as we attended Mariposa in Orillia.

Had issues with the TV in our room, not sure if it was fixed but I couldn’t figure it out. Was told by one of the night front desk person that I could always jump out of bed and turn it off manually…. Nope, not me..

It's a lovley hidden Gem in the heart of Lagoon City. My sanctuary to relax and enjoy nature and the beautiful lake and atmosphere. Renovations are nice as the place needed updating. Bathrooms still needed to be completed. The restaurant and front lobby are looking fresh and nicely decorated.

No more complimentary breakfast with your stay. We didn't have a working fan in the bathroom so it got a little steamy at times. No USB socket, and no light in the fridge, but otherwise its a nice room and great get away.
