Everything staff food everything Staff Avan was so good during my check in ,room was so quite , as I had a long trip that was best thing that I could have ☺️and also security guy I felt bad that I forgot his name the laidy that I knew the name and I also forgot was helping me during my check out and when I had a question the other reception guy was so nice and he helped me out , all of staff restaurant guy also I order a food it came exactly as I wished big up for you all ,make my stay there very good and so welcoming, if it wasn’t them my stay would be the same thank you so much see you soon 🫶😀 and I’ll recommend to any solo travel you will love it 😊

Ibis is a well located hotel for anyone in GGN for business. Major commercial areas like Cyber City or IFFCO Chowk are a short drive away. Several good dining options are a short walk away. The breakfast is adequate. Rooms are clean and reasonable sized. A small but well equipped gym helps since stepping out for a walk in a highly polluted is ill-advised.

A good breakfast is very important if you are travelling on work, given that you never know when you may get a chance to have the next meal. The hotel serves what can only be described as a passable breakfast.

The morning breakfast was a bit of disappointment. 1. Paranthas were cold. 2. Sabud dana vada bowl was empty 3. Fruit section was at a corner which I nearly missed

- fridge in room - good breakfast - cleanliness - professionalism of staff - water bottles in room -shaving and dental kits in room -2 toilet paper rolls (one in reserve) - separate working space in the room - large window - safe in room - all equipment, sink, shower, etc., worked properly... Nothing was broken or leaking

- no hard soap, only liquid

The bar and its services were excellent. The room was particularly cozy and the washroom inside the room was unique and very practical and well maintained.

There should be a decent provision for drivers to sleep overnight, rather than religating them to inside-the-car stay.

Staff at the restaurant, Mr Pawan and Mr Jatin were very hospitable. Went above and beyond to special requests made. They attended to my parents with lot of care and attention.

More variety in buffet and room service menu.

The housekeeping service was really good and prompt with their response.

Breakfast spread could have been better. There were very few options considering the amount they charge for the buffet.

Liked everything , just a few points for improvement. 1- Some cooked cereal like oats , meusli, porridge etc would be good for breakfast. Only rice based items were there. Corn and wheat flakes can’t compensate for it. 2- Soups and other dishes plus tea coffee need to be hot when served. 3- Gym needs a bench; dumbbells are there but no bench !

Location and access was good for taxi, and rapid metro not far from airport in the heart of Friendly staff and a vibrant clientele all round. Great chill out area after long days, good offers and music.

Small bathrooms that are standard at IBIS but functional nonetheless

North Indian dishes served during breakfast were pretty good but rest of the items were not up to the mark. Chef and attendants were more focused on Foreigners than Indian customers.
