Only 3 advantage of this hotel are : 1. Free night cup hour ., free alcohol and snacks . 2. The public spa big enough 3. family with kids you can come to have a visit Other than those are poor. Gorgeous on the outside , poor in the inside. So I marked as this. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good sleep you SHOULD NOT COME HERE

I book the Japan style room in 6floor; the evaluator are only three of them but from 1-13F; not enough at all ; need long wait. Worse of all is you basically can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors; poor sound proof; even the floor can feel oblivious on the Vibrating sounds made by thousands kid and their parents; If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good sleep you SHOULD NOT COME HERE

Great place for children. The children rooms are decorated well and our 2yr old loved to play with the toy kitchen in the room, the safari toys at the elevator of the 4th floor, the indoor as well as the outdoor playground. A real paradise for small children. Additionally, there are lots of great attractions for children in the closer area such as the Safari Park or the Nasu Rindoko Park. The hot bath incl. sauna was great for the grown-ups to relax after the little ones were asleep. If your children are a little older, they can also join.

Breakfast and dinner was very crowded and both nights the buffet was exactly the same. A little bit of variation would be great.

Absolutely love how child-friendly the hotel is. My children (3&1) loved the baby room with the toy kitchen, and the floor we were on had a small play space by the elevator, the wonderful play area inside and outside is fantastic and the buffet included children’s food & baby food. Just spectacular! My eldest experienced onsen for the first time and it was so spacious and easy for him to get around, he loved it! Me and hubby also loved the lounge evening drinks & snacks (which included sweets for the children - amazing) Thank you to the staff who spoke English for my check in!

Very spacious room with good large double bed. Very nice staff. The welcome drink & snacks between 3 and 5 are super. The shuttle to and from the Nasushiobara train station is a plus. The buffet restaurant with all-you-can-drink is good, but the menu on both evenings was almost fully identical. The natural onsen.

The public transport around the hotel is very poor. You really need a car to get the best out of a stay here. There are very few options if you don't want to eat in the hotel's buffet restaurant.

It is a great place for family with small children. The outdoor and indoor playrooms are spacious, and clean. Kids had a lot of fun. We also loved welcome drinks with some sweets.

The food was good, but because we had a long stay, we were tired of the same food every day. There are not many restaurants nearby, and the majority of them closes early.

Onsen was nice but dont expect great views. Nice touch to have a wine/drink bar outside the onsen area, Good to have a round of conplimentary drinks and snacks.

Its located near farms and other resorts. Dont expect amenities available outside the resort after dark,

Spacious and clean room. Good mountain view. Suitable for family with young kids. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend.
