First and foremost, the location—this boutique hotel was built right up against a wonderful rocky coast, with spotlights that made the crashing waves even more spectacular at night. I really do think our room, #3, had to be THE best with a large balcony with 2 lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs. The view, day and night, was simply beautiful. The staff were ALL friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast, delivered to our room each morning, while not elegant, was certainly more than sufficient. Pretty much everything about this stay was a “10”…or beyond!

The parking lot entry and exit can be a bit tricky, especially during high traffic times. (Turn on your turn signal in advance!) We received multiple messages before arrival that seemed to indicate we were required to check in online. We tried to call, but to no avail. The verbiage on those messages needs to be reviewed.

The bed was great, view is unforgettable, staff were helpful and going out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. We enjoyed to free breakfast and the quality of the fruit. The parking was a huge plus for us.

The room needs a deep clean. There was areas where dust was caked on layers and visible hair, etc. The shower is nice but again, extremely grungy and obviously nothing other than the daily wiping was done. The drain cause water to back up. It felt like the whole room was ready for a renovation.

The wine selection is very poor, breakfast is only available as room service, the " restaurant " is very simple. Rooms, interior, bathrooms show a serious backlog in investment for upkeeping. But the place grows on you in its old charm and the views together with the efforts of the staff make up for everything, just listen to the waves and the seagulls and Let It be.

Location is beautiful. At first we were worried about the security of parking, but they have a night watchman all night watching the cars. Breakfast was served to the room and while not fancy was plentiful. The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is a little old fashioned, but it’s well cared for with lots of hot water. Swimming pool was warm as well. Good value for the money.

Thre breakfast at the room was great ideal. The view at the terrace was amazing, specially during sunset. Lovely!

I don’t have any dislikes to mention, but I do have a small suggestion: consider providing a tag or pass for guests to place on the inside of their car windshield (visible from the outside). This would help the rotating parking staff easily identify guest vehicles and avoid any confusion.

Amazing staff, clean, excellent views. Quality customer service. The manager welcomed us to the facility and had a genuine conversation while we waited for our room, because we arrived early. We were able to check in early. Staff helped with our phones, order food, and places to see in the area. One staff member always greeted us at the taxi when we arrived back to the hotel after our daily excursions and would open the door, carry bags etc.

Breakfast was the same everyday. A bit more variety would be good

Great boutique hotel right on the ocean, with beautiful views of the city. Food was good too. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. Location is great as it is situated about 5 mins in either direction from beach front and restaurants etc.

Entering and exiting is a bit nerve-racking because its on a busy and curvy two lane road.

Nice room with a nice view from the room over the sea. Nice breakfast in the room but only one cup of coffee. To enjoy the nice place, it would be nice to have at least 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. Champagne offered in reception really small 3-4 cl, better not offer this (higher level of room) and small bottle champagne from the room was almost without bubbles, only tasted it and and did not drink, reception wanted payment anyway.

Location by the sea, small hotel with “family run” atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff.

The only negative was the bathroom in our seaside room (21) is quite dated, and although clean, has a very run down feeling. It is not nearly as attractive as the modern bathroom in the website pictures. It needs an interior decorating refresh, and some basic maintenance.

The room was spacious and the view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and offered plenty of advice and support for us, suggesting places to visit and organising taxis. The Chilean breakfast was served in our room and was plentiful. The room had a balcony which opened onto the sea which had an amazing view which we enjoyed.

The room was 'tired' and the bathroom similarly. Whilst it was clean it just needs some attention to make it feel like it was worth the price that we paid. Radiator was hung on the wall at a jaunty angle, tiles were cracked (but not dangerous in anyway). The patio doors didn't quite fit correctly. It just felt like the room needed a bit of maintenance and care. Unfortunately we did not sleep brilliantly due to the noise of a disco which was nearby.
