The location was perfect. And love having the the little sitting area and kitchen.

When booking, I booked a "roll in shower" room for my disabled parents. And they gave us a different room with a tub. So they weren't able to shower for a week! And then the air-conditioning quit working and their room was super hot.

I've never stayed in any hotel in any price range that provided so much value for the money. It was a large suite, very comfortable living room, large, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom with lots of counter space. Even enough space in bathroom to set up ironing board. Comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Quiet room. Parking very close to room. I did not have time to explore pool area. Hotel is in a nondescript location and is not particular appealing on the outside. However, it offered more comfort and convenience than any property I've stayed in previously, including ones in the luxury category.

There were a lot of fruit from a tree that fell near our building; would have liked to see it swept away as I stepped on them daily I didn’t understand how the daily towels, cleaning worked as it was not eXplained but I quickly picked it up the next day ! Could use more storage containers and sheets to cook with in the kitchen

Cleanliness, everything was in working condition, outside was clean, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL AND PLEASANT, quick and easy check in, and reasonable price.

I have zero complaints the only thing I will say is there is a pothole when you turn left at the stop sign and proceed maybe 20 ft. It can possibly cause damage. Other than that 10/10

The staff was courteous and professional. Everyone was very welcoming. Will most definitely recommend Sonesta ES Suites to friends and family. Hope to make this a yearly meeting. My friend and I even met another guest with whom we exchanged numbers, will keep in touch with, and hopefully she can join us next year. It just goes to show that when the employees are kind and comfortable at their job, guests feel that same level of comfort. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way!

Close to the interstate. But the room seemed well insulated.

Comfortable apartment, that worked for our short stay and allowed for self catering when travelling on a multi week trip.

A bit of a ‘stale smoke’ smell in the room. Pool not available despite the warm days. Being on the edge of the city needed to drive to civil rights sites in town.

I absolutely loved that it was like a little apartment I'd come to town to see my son and we were able to stay at the room and cook dinner and just visit and really had a really great time I will definitely book here again

TV in the living room didn't work

This property is very convenient for all of the activities near the downtown Montgomery area. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The size of the room was exceptional for the price.

For the most part, the room was clean. There were a few walls that needed to be cleaned. There were also lots of leaves and other small debris at the entrance to the first floor room. It is also near the highway, which means hearing traffic, but that did not bother me.

I received a knock on my door unexpectedly telling me check out time. I had my alarm already set and I was packed to get up and dressed to leave timely.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, most of the time when I come to town I stay here I already have two or three more reservations for this year the rooms are spacious the bed is extremely comfortable staff is excellent.

Only thing that I can complain about is that I have allergies to extremely strong smells and there was just a little too much bleach smell in the room
