Breakfast was good - typical German/European breakfast. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was very large (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). So much space for everyone! We mainly booked this room because of the close proximity to the Ravenna Gorge Christmas Market shuttle bus - it was only a 6 minute walk. Perfect! The town is very cute as well - lots of stores and restaurants. The lake is also about a 6-7 minute walk.

The room was a little chilly. I suspect because the room is so large, the radiators had a difficult time keeping up - we had to layer our clothing to ensure we were warm enough. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets available. The reception desk is mostly unmanned - you check in with a machine and it tells you which room to go to and the code to get into the room. However, there are two buildings and it was difficult finding the room because we were not told which building to go to.

I liked the ease of access (24 hrs check in) and the spacious rooms. The layout of the family room is very practical with separation of the toilet, the walk in wardrobe and the extra bedroom. The view from the balcony is great for summer afternoons.

It's a no-frills hotel. There is no tea/coffee in the rooms and the furniture is simple, but slightly old-fashioned. The choices in the free breakfast are just about decent.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was a separate room for storage, and that was awesome. The rates were reasonable for a property right next to the railway station and just 5 mins walk from Titisee.

The rooms didn't have any provision for hot water/tea/coffee. I wanted to have a coffee late in the evening, but that was not possible. The breakfast spread was minimalistic, though the restaurant was pleasing and inviting.

The hotel is localized close to many attractions (bade paradise, lake) and at this same time well communicated (close to the railway station, and bus stops). There is quiet (I was a little bit scared of this railway, but it occurred to be a very quiet line). Breakfast is simple, but always fresh. The hotel itself offers a lot of attractions (for example interactive terrain game) The rooms are quite big and clean.

The hotel is right up the road from lake titisee - very well connected tot he train station and has great outdoor and indoor activities for kids. The staff were very helpful and the room spacious, comfortable and clean,. We had a great stay.

Great location! The hotel is within walking distance of some truly beautiful places, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay with everything close by.

There is kid`s zone for kid playing during breakfast. It is very helpful as parents eating breakfast or drinking a cup of coffee. The room is very big and we were 3 adults and 3 kids separated into 3 rooms. Good and quiet.

We have a little bit confused as we found the check-in space. But it is not big matter.

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment! convenient access to everything I needed while still being quiet and peaceful.

Great location, very friendly and helpful receptionist . Nice clean room.

No facilities in the room for making a cup of tea, and the quick check in procedure is certainly not quick. Also having to remember or carry the 6/9 digit number to lock and unlock your room and entrance door is not progress.

Very friendly, and helpful reception staff. Fantastic location, and perfect social room with board games, self-service bar, etc. Large rooms.
