The room was updated and very nice. The city is small and walkable. We found a really great restaurant nearby. The hotel offered a great breakfast. We stayed here on a last minute visit to the Three Valley ski area. It was about 30 minutes from the ski area and much more affordable than the hotels in the mountains.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful - top quality customer service. Room was perfect for our stay as we had 2 small dogs also. Would certainly choose this hotel when next in Moutiers, and absolutely recommend it to others.

Room looked like it had only just been refurbished - very clean, large comfortable bed, great bathroom, Nespresso machine, fridge and a seating area. Didn’t stay for breakfast as we wanted to get to Tignes early but the buffet looked very good. Good location. Highly recommend

The host was extremely helpful and offered to leave our bikes in his office over night.

It was very hot during our stay, and the AC did not work properly.

Comfy bed and good sized bedroom with nice bathroom. Very basic but very clean. Great continental breakfast - all help yourself but a member of staff on hand if needed.

No staff to check in - had to check in on a machine outside in the dark with credit card etc. No staff at reception desk, just a hallway and lift to rooms. Smelt very much of cigarettes.

Stayed in a "deluxe" room after taking a look at the "twin economic" - was a very good choice to take the better room. Clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet even with the train station directly across the street. Kettle in room for making tea, coffee etc

For a longer stay it's nice if there are changes to the breakfast, i.e change one item each day. No air conditioning, so it got a bit hot.

The location is excellent, right by the train and bus station. The room was a good size. There were blackout curtains, it was quiet and ideal for a stopover when travelling from Moutiers to ski resorts after the buses have stopped running.

It was a little tricky to check in. I tried to put in a number from my Booking.com paperwork, but that didn't work, nor did the PIN number on the paperwork. I ended up calling the help number on the door. All I needed to do was enter my surname, but I was tired and the numbers bit was confusing. I would rather deal with a person on reception, but if it keeps the prices down, I guess that's fine!

it was warm with plenty of hot water and easy to find

I am not sure how well things would have worked out if I had arrived late given there was no one based on site and they seem to have taken two deposits on my card

All you need for a one night stay - comfy bed, clean room, good shower, nice staff, delicious breakfast with good coffee

Clean comfortable and excellent service will stay again.
