The staff were courteous and helpful and the location was perfect. You couldn't get closer to the beach and restaurants and bars. The room was clean airy and spacious and the aircon worked well. The views from the balcony were fabulous and even a built in washing line for your towels etc. The breakfast was plentiful and there should be something for everyone to choose from.

We couldn't get the parking lock to unlock to be able to park, so had to ask for help. We couldn't get our door to the room to open, so again, my husband had to go back down to reception to ask for help. When the guy came up, he was like oh its so easy, just put the key in and wiggle it a little, and ta da it opens! Well, at this point, we had both tried for several minutes before going to ask for help, and we were very hot and bothered. My husband and him then proceeded to argue it out, with the receptionist adamant it was "really easy look". After about 3 more attempts, we finally managed to get it open. But, it's not a great start to our stay. The hotel was super busy, so the wait time for lifts is ALOT, and the breakfast room is very, very noisy.

Location is good, easy to find from the beach. Taxi couldn't drop me at the door because of road closures, but it was a short walk. My case was heavy and my mobility is poor so it was good to find disabled access via the lower floor. Apart from a couple of niggles, it was a satisfactory overnight spot. I enjoyed my meal at Bohemians, Playa Arenal

Insufficient power points (tomas de corriente) in the room for my laptop and phone. I felt wary of unplugging the TV or Fridge. Probably not the hotel's fault, but when I booked a taxi at reception at 07:30 I expected it to arrive at 09:15. It didn't. I reminded the receptionist at 09:35. She phoned but still no taxi arrived. Because of this I missed my bus and lost half a day of my plans. The female receptionist didn't seem very inclined to help (I speak Spanish so that was not at issue).

There was a great big selection, quite Spanish orientated, but that was not such a surprise as 95% of the people staying there were Spanish. I don’t think the coffee was very good at all in fact I’m not sure what it tasted like perhaps acorns?

The buffet coffee was not good. It didn’t taste like coffee to me and I tried all four machines. It’s exactly the same.

Excellent location. Room's are basic but clean. Breakfast is very good.

On arrival a woman leaned out the window and shouted at us for parking outside the hotel. Very rude. Parking is restricted whilst staff have a large area, crazy. Off site parking at your own risk as yellow lines. No water or tea, coffee making facilities.

Unbeatable value for money. The hotel has all necessary facilities, breakfast included in the price, and is altogether a good place to stay for a few days when one has to work nearby.

No parking available, the hotel is a bit hidden in a backyard. Soap is provided in small paper/plastic bags. Balcony light turned on all night, cannot be switched off. Room overheated on arrival.

Near sea front and bars ,just over road. Good breakfast,included. Good view from sea facing room. Fridge in room. Only few yards from sea etc

Everything, location, hotel staff, and my room is always to my request. Fantastic area for relaxation, especially by the pool

Only fried eggs at breakfast would be nice over a weekend. Which is when my visits usually are, other than this small request, nothing to change. Hotel has everything you need. Superb swimming pool!

All great and smoothly operating. Breakfast included, not 5 star gourmet selection but quite good (incl. churros + chocolate and leche frita) at an incredible rate included in the overall price.

The location is ubeatable next to the beach, still the entry is strangely hidden in a backyard, and getting a parking slot is quite a lottery.

This a comfortable hotel. I was impressed by the quality of finish of the room. Everything worked well. Breakfast was included with a wide variety on offer.

Some of the breakfast items were a bit greasy but still edible.
