The gentleness of the team is exceptional. Both at the reception desk and for breakfast, you really feel taken care of and pampered. In AlHoceima in general, people are extremely friendly and helpful. In addition to a comfortable room and facilities, breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The view from the lobby is outstanding.

The restaurant located in front of the hotel could be improved.

It's a very large, modern hotel with all amenities needed. It is not in the center of Al Hoceima though (about 3km down the road). You can safely park your motorcycle outside next to the reception entrance which is out of sight and guarded

The staff was very accommodating. Everything was squeaky clean. After our AC stopped working, we immediately got another room. The staff was always respectful.

At the restaurant next to the hotel you used to be able to get breakfast à la carte instead of a buffet, but this is sadly no longer the case.

amazing view, the rooms are big and clean with a lovely parfum smell 😍 I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation. the staff was friendly especially Mohammed the receptionist he showed me the hotel and helped me with all the questions I had. thanks 🙏🏼

The view was beautiful, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Staying here was a perfect way to end our vacation.

Very comfortable hotel placed near the Mediterranean sea, modern style architecture. 2 restaurants on-site. Staff very friendly makes your stay a pleasant one. Recommended also for families with children.

Hotel was every bit a 4-star and some. Great person at reception. The exceptional late September weather perhaps cooperated to make my stay memorable.

A little more choice for breakfast? The breakfast in an adjacent building was ample every bit a 4-star but lacked creativity.
