Check in and check out were easy. The staff was icredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did they handle the one problem I encountered (the remote for the tv wasn't functioning properly) but they checked back with me the next time they saw me to ensure it was working properly. Very friendly without getting too personal.
I didn't have a problem with anything. I didn't partake of the breakfast but others in my group did and seemed satisfied. Could have used an elevator.

We stayed here to a funeral. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I did not know when I booked i was going to have a pet with me and not a small pet. I told them at check in and had no problems. Very clean and good breakfast.

The place was full with families and everyone was happy. When it was time for bed everyone was quiet. The staff went above and beyond what I had expected, warm and welcoming.

Everything was just fine. It was clean and comfortable; and I felt secure. I was pleased overall with my room. It would have been nice if I could have had more options for breakfast. I am gluten-sensitive. The breakfast didn't have any protein in the way of eggs or bacon/meat, which would have been nice.

The breakfast was very good.
It didn't have an elevator and at 71 years old I'm not used to carrying my own luggage upstairs.

Clean & quiet. Refrigerator was ice cold & shower was a waterfall.👍
Not a huge deal but heat thermostat was a bit finicky & felt like it was off 10 degrees from setting.

Beds were extremely comfortable.
Website needs to CLEARLY provide phone number to hotel. It is much easier to understand the staff. I am not good with navigating the internet and prefer to speak to someone I have no trouble understanding.
