Everything looked good, very fancy, I felt so welcomed. The lunch room has a mini living room and there's a t.v. on every side of the wall. I got waffles for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. People at front desk were so nice. The place was close to everything I needed.

First of all, my room was right in front of the ice machine. When someone got ice at night it was SO loud. Second, when I headed to get breakfast at about 9:30 am, the whole counter was messy and looked dirty, even though there was few people having breakfast at the time. And lastly, I didn't like when the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking before. She saw me, and instead of apologizing, she just said... - "I thought the room was empty" and she closed the door again.

Well, to be honest with you, the breakfast was not that great, but the hospitality I received from the front desk, and from the maids was above and beyond terrific I accidentally left $100 in my room, and the maid turned it into the front desk and she didn’t have to do that what they didn’t realize as I was homeless and so that money meant a lot to me, but it didn’t mean more to me than having faith in humanity, which I was quickly losingand especially being in the position that I was in so that hundred dollars didn’t compare to what that made gave me which was my faith in humanity again

Your breakfast could be a lot better. The sausage gravy was really kind of nasty lol sorry.

Very clean, friendly front office lady who told us all about the covered bridges and other things to see. Lovely decoration with local photos and quilt in the corridors.

Plastic cutlery and plates, and even orange juice in plastic cups. Very limited breakfast options and the girl attending looked like she’d rather be anywhere than in the breakfast room - she did not bother to add bagels or any pastries when they were finished. And there is no elevator so you may take this into account if you are elderly or have heavy luggage.

The construction in the area caused a lot of dust and the self-serve gas station is convenient, but quite busy

The hotel was great! The staff was Amazing! The room was comfortable. The hotel was really clean. We also really enjoyed breakfast! It was delicious!

The only downfall to this hotel was there was no pool or hot tub. We knew this when we booked it so it wasnt a surprise. But still disappointing.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Overall facility was clean and well kept. Location excellent.

My only complaint would be the pillows. They were not comfortable. I would replace the current ones with a couple different types on each bed.

The breakfast was great- the waffles fill up a whole plate unlike many other places. Good selection of breakfast items. Also there were 3 machines to work out with and that is just enough!! Bed was comfy and room was clean

It was quiet, clean, and had friendly staff. The breakfast had a lot options including taco meat to make a breakfast burrito.

Everything met expectations.

It was a sparkler new hotel. I asked for a room on the bottom floor since I have a bad knee and the accommodated me. There was so much to see around Winterset.

They have no elevator.

The location was perfect for us on our way from MA to CA. We wanted to see some of the bridges of Madison County and the hotel was perfectly situated on the scenic byway. Breakfast was good…we always take to go.

No elevator. I knew this in advance, but it is inconvenient.
