The hotel overlooks the village and is easily accessible uphill. I liked how it felt like walking into a family home – very tidy and clean. Paula and her family warmly welcome every guest into their hotel, where they pay close attention to every aspect of it. My room, Bosso, was well-decorated and overlooked a wall, true, but it was filled with bushes and trees, creating a cozy woodland atmosphere. Everything was squeaky clean, and the homemade breakfast in the morning was delightful. For a complete Alpine experience, I highly recommend requesting a room that faces the Lagorai mountain – you won't regret it. When I inquired about how to get to Arte Sella, Paula offered to drive me there herself. At the end of my stay, they kindly reduced my payment when they realized I was staying alone.

The experience of visiting Borgo Valsugana was incredibly charming, and that charm extended to my stay at the hotel. Finding any dislikes is like splitting hairs. Unfortunately, I don't speak Italian, and although most of the time we were able to understand each other, there was a slight miscommunication during the check-out process. As a result, I ended up leaving one hour later than the intended check-out time of 11 a.m. since I mistakenly thought it was at 12 p.m.

La Villa degli Orti is a beautiful and peaceful place with stunning views. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The breakfast is delicious and served with care, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy Borgo!

It was a truly exceptional place - soo much attention to detail- extremely comfortable rooms - spacious and beautifully furnished- nicest bathroom and shower I have ever seen and a kind host who even prepared some sandwiches for our lunch on our request (for a small fee on which we insisted) Can’t rate this place high enough!

Very pleasant venue. Super friendly staff. The room was excellent and very clean, the beds were perfectly hard for our taste. The access to the location is via very narrow road and to turn on the property, you need to maneuver a bit. 5 min walk to the center.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, in a great location. The owners were very friendly and helpful when it came to recommending restaurants and things to do in town. Our room was very comfortable and we had the sense we were REALLY in Italy! Just elegant and classic. The breakfast was plentiful with good coffee and eggs, fruit, etc. Over all we were very pleased with our time here.

As there was no air conditioning, I had to sleep with the window open. As a result I got many sorts of insects coming to my room.

Perfect for what we needed in terms of being close to the airport. It was exceptionally clean and the host could not have been kinder or more helpful! Amazing shower, AC that worked and a great overhead fan as well. Highly recommend!

small family hotel. very friendly and helpful staff; delicious breakfast; from the terrace of the hotel one has a beautiful view of the city of Borgo and the surrounding mountains. the location is just up from the old part of Borgo (within walking distance)

The road to the hotel is not suitable for bringing a (tent)trailer.

Everything, just the roads to the exact lication are narrow (albeit understandable for the old part of the Borgo), which might be tricky for some car drivers.
