I am a school teacher from Raleigh. I had a stressful weak. I came to the strawberry festival to enjoy my family. I really needed it. I came back to check in and was just talking in generally about my week. All I wanted to do is take a tub bath, cry, and relax. I didn't want any interruptions. The lady told me she was gonna Blessed me, and she did. I opened my room, and she Blessed me with a suite and a jet tub. All I could do was cry. No one knew how bad I needed that room. She went over and beyond for me.. I want you to know She Rocked..

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD FOR ME NO COMPLAINTS

The parking was good. Good location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Shopping not too far away.

No elevator and they had no bottom rooms left. If I had been handicap I would have been in trouble. Never did find pool access and the breakfast was very poor for the price paid to stay there. Also the room was fairly clean until I looked at the AC. That looked like a cleaning cloth had NEVER TOUCHED it.

The staff was absolutely Wonderful. One young lady was being trained and she and the person training her were extremely thoughtful and considerate as I discussed my needs to them. Neither of them appeared to be annoyed or deterred by my request and to make sure my needs were met.

There was nothing that I did not like about this accommodation (Other than no elevator). All was well.

I was a little skeptical at first because the outside does not look in the best shape shape, but the room was immaculate clean no issues in the bed was soft.

The property was not the problem a guest had some kids and they allowed them to run up and down the hallway, making noise until about 10 PM and I was there for work and it had to be up at 5 a.m. after working a 13 hours shift so I was exhausted

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed slept amazingly. It served its purpose well.

The shower could use some upgrades. The hot water runs out very quickly, and there isn't much space between the toilet and tub/shower. The door almost hits the toilet when opening. It seems as if it would be hazardous if you needed to get in or out in a hurry.

Location, availability, wifi, and free contential breakfast. I received a good night's rest.

The beds were made, but sheets were wrinkled. There was a used bar of soap. The room was dusty.

Comfortable and staff was great very respectful and kind

Stated pool was open but when I got there pool was not available for my daughter and was not schedule to open until June

The front desk clerk was very professional and very friendly.

This property does not accommodate handicapped, meaning it needs an elevator.

We had a flat tire on a Sunday, and Tina, GM, arranged for transportation to and from the repair shop, where we would have otherwise been stranded.

Clean. Quiet. Convenient stop along our travel journey. Close to restaurants. Attentive and pleasant staff. Easy access from highway.

No concerns.
