Everyone that worked there was very pleasant!! Trish who prepared the Continental Breakfast excellent. Housekeeping Chanet provided me with more towels with quickness!! Definitely will be visiting NC and renting from Springhill Suites!

It was difficult finding out how to get into the parking lot of the Springhill!! We passed it several times.

The room was large and nicely decorated. The first room we checked into, #218, was very clean. Due to a clogged toilet that could not be plunged, we had to move to room #212 which was not very clean. The carpets needed shampooing. There was only an empty box where the facial tissues should be.

The beds were placed too close to the A/C unit, thus there was an unpleasant draft. The room should be reconfigured to put the lounge area near the unit. In room 218 the toilet was clogged and would not flush properly. In room 212, the carpets were in need of a deep cleaning/shampooing. The facial tissues box was empty.

quick check in. very clean and quiet. didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool, gym, laundry or the complimentary breakfast but it’s nice that they have those available.

only complaint was the mattress was a little too firm and the pillows weren’t quite firm enough. the entrance driveway to the property needs to be widened but that’s less of the hotel’s issue and more of the city’s.

Staying at the Springhill Suites Marriott in Lumberton was an absolute delight. But the cherry on top has to be the breakfast offerings. The spread is impressive, with various options from hot oatmeal and DIY waffles to scrumptious breakfast sandwiches. And nothing beats starting the day with a cup of fresh hot coffee or tea. Springhill Suites Marriott Lumberton offers a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and commendable service. It's a place I'd happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Need more seating in outdoor area near fire pit This area could be cleaned up and decorated to make it more attractive .Outdoor pool would have been a better choice than indoor

The location was convenient and had a welcoming look and feel. Being located close to Your Pizza was an added bonus. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

A small light in the bathroom would be helpful. At night the whole room lights up with the translucent door.Staff and appearance

It was very clean and very quiet. The staff (Liz) was professional and helpful.

The breakfast was not good. I detest poured scrambled eggs and the sausage was not of quality. The waffles were mediocre. It wasn't the quality I have encountered at other hotels. Also the toilet paper was of the cheapest quality which was in stark contrast of how luxurious the room appeared.

Right off of rt 95.. welcomed with smiles.. Pizza dinner very close.. good night sleep Free breakfast in the morning included scrambled eggs and make your own waffles, fruit and anything else you may like! On our way by 9:30am ..

Beds could have been harder, but that is just our personal preference

Breakfast was good just wish it was till at least 10 instead of 9. Great staff especially Chanet (mama) she helped us with our daughter who passed out in the parking lot due to medical reasons. Chanet brought out a wheelchair and made sure we got her safely to our room. Thank you.

No way to turn in on opposite side of road to turn in. Have to go all past lights and loop back.

Everyone was so nice and the bed were comfortable.

The jacuzzi was not heated. When I asked about it he told me a parted needed to be ordered and had been down for a while. I was looking forward to relaxing in it. I will check to see if it's working before I book next time.
