Hotel staff was great!

I can overlook alot especially fir one night. However Island Flava restaurant & lounge, which is right next door is actually more of a night club. You could hear the extremely LOUD music until 2 am. It's probably not as bad during the week. I was there on a Friday.

I like that it was down the street from a restaurant. The bed was real comfortable. I wish the location was by the mall inside of Fayetteville. It is in the best spot for outside travelers and truckers

That is what on The outside of Fayetteville. Wish they had one by the mall or in that area.

The staff is very friendly and amicable. They made the stay very pleasant and room was clean.

The only thing I could say that was inconvenient was the some of the other guests were not very considerate but nothing that can be helped by the staff or facility.

The rooms were clean and nice and it was a very convenient location to the Crown Coliseum for concerts and events.

Even after making a reservation weeks in advance my room was double booked and they had to find a room for me. Noticed small roaches throughout, room smelled of smoke and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires when we walked into the room.

.Room was huge, bed was comfortable I like that they didnt served breakfast. Felt safe in my room.

Too many random people around the facility, noisy area, parking lot was more an apartment complex than a hotel., 3rd floor hallway floor uneven. I think people live there they had a side security door propped open so they go in and out of building with going through lobby.

The housekeeping was the best part of my stay because the room did lack some things and the lady who is head of housekeeping was exceptionally nice and made sure I as well taken care of. I will be going back just because of her..

No Continental breakfast

The housekeeping made sure that I had everything I needed. Seomia and Susan (I believe is their names)really made my stay comfortable.

If they had Continental Breakfast in the mornings.
