We were given a first floor room so that we could easily walk our dog outside. The gym and laundry were free and very convenient. The coffee machine and ice machine (the only one in the building) were also convenient and the coffee was excellent.

Only one ice machine in the building is not enough. It’s expected that guests use the freezer ice maker in the rooms, but they are either slow or don’t work.

Very clean, modern facility. The TV was the largest I've seen in a hotel room and the remote worked perfectly which I cannot say for other hotels I have stayed at.

The room rate was way more expensive than others in North Carolina, but we needed to be in this area to be close to the person we were visiting.

I loved everything about the property. Beautiful picturesque appearance on the outside as well as the inside. Every aspect of Candlewood Suites was immaculately decorated, clean, and refreshing to accommodate my stay. I will always look for and book with Candlewood Suites 🥰

I liked the fact that Valerie Woodard greeted us as if we were old friends. The entire staff was great!

Sadly, there was no breakfast but there was all the coffee and hot chocolate one could want. There was a kitchenette in our room so those services weren't necessarily needed. I liked that it was very clean and as always, the staff was very friendly and helpful

I didn't particularly care for the amount on hold for deposit, seemed high

Perfect location close to the highway! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member was so funny and nice! She made our evening after a long drive to the hotel.

Ms. V the lady at the front desk was very nice. She can be a great manager she knows how to put a smile on ur face and if u want customers to come back keep her at the front desk and give her a raise.

Everything was lovely

The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the layout of the room and that it had a kitchen.

We did not like the fact that we could not close the curtains and the light from the street was shining in our room all night.

Just some wear and tear if the room, carpet was starting to be ripped across and room was smaller or seemed smaller than I remember, but overall, one of my favorite places to stay

The property was extremely beautiful and clean. My room was just neat and organized and I like the new drawer system with the giant bins to put your items.

there was nothing that I didn’t like. In fact I plan on staying there just for the fun of it. This was a trip because I needed to be close to the airport for an early flight, but I’ll be staying there just to take a break. It was extremely affordable and just beautiful and clean. I slept so very well!
