I loved the breakfast. The staff are super nice. They have a great gym and cute little pool. The rooms are spacious and clean with a large fridge. There are stores and restaurants EVERYWHERE. So convenient. We will stay here every time we are in Fayetteville.

There's nothing we didn't like. The pool area can have some more umbrellas for shade because it was super hot. Not a big deal, but would have loved if the bathroom had plastic shower cap and makeup remover cloth like some other hotels. But again, that's not a big deal. Just an added convenience.

Breakfast was very good, ample. The location was good, it's right near the mall and movie theater. Traffic in the area was minimal. Everyone was pleasant. Parking was very good. I wish I had a reason to stay longer. Would definitely return. The room gets perfectly black with the lights our and curtains drawn.

nothing, the blanket could have been a bit longer on the bed, I had to use the extra blanket for the coverage that I prefer at night. Good thing I was staying alone and the additional blanket was available. Minor issue.

My stay was great but as explained to the manager i had a terrible stay at another hotel which prompted my move to the Marriot property. I had to check in early to have a place to work from but she would not waive the early checkin fee which I thought was excessive. I would like to be refunded the amount of $75.00 dollars if possible.

The room was very well thought out. The beds quite comfortable, bathroom shower excellent and everything was quite clean. The in-room safe is a great bonus.

Breakfast was buffet. Standard fare. Most items were packaged. Nothing special; the eggs, potatoes, fruit and coffee were good. In-room microwave seemed like an afterthought - on a high shelf, not plugged in and didn't work well. The mini-fridge also didn't well fit inside its cabinet.

The room was clean & comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Big tv that swivels to face either the bed or the sofa. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Housekeeping didn't beat on my door in the morning like some places.

The room fridge didn't get very cold for some reason, but it still put a light chill on things so it wasn't that big of a deal. I wish check out was at 12 lol

The location was central to so many places I needed to go to. The room was modern and it was a great size. The staff was friendly and kind.

The lounge could stay open a little longer. The amenities could be a little more family friendly ie., gaming console available upon request. A basketball court would be nice.

Everything was very nice. We loved the bathroom, beds and living area. Breakfast was fantastic each day and the lemon water was delicious and refreshing.

The pillows were a little flat and the space between the bed and tv dresser was small so we kept hitting our legs on the corner of the bed. We went to the pool around 730PM and the pool was freezing.

The area around the hotel has intense traffic - be careful. But, the hotel was located on a side road with only one other hotel adjacent to it (light traffic). This enabled us to come and go without the fear of being rear-ended. The room was spacious, the bathroom/shower was good, and beds were comfortable.

The lighting in room was a little dim. Possibly some overhead lighting would improve it. One of the side entrance doors would not open with the Room Card, but worked on the other one.

The staff was great. Friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. This was one of the most pleasant stays we've had at any hotel. The room was large, plenty of space to relax after a hard day's work.

There was a little mold on the shower curtain.

very friendly staff, quick check in and out. the room was modern, clean and well equipped (microware kruig coffee machine. fridge, iron with full size board. very nice. one extra thing is the rain shower was wonderful for some as tall as i'm at 6'9" no slouching while showering.

Price could have been better but just preference, not a deal breaker for future stays
