Breakfast was good, room was nice and comfortable and great parking

Well I know this is not normal but they had a military ball and the lobby, halls and the bar were over crowded, one guy in uniform vapping, constantly having to say "excuse me" waiting for people to move. It was a disaster and not to mention the yelling and cursing. They need to have a conference room they can have their chaos at.

loved the reception from 5:30 to 7:30...ymmy drinks and snacks especially the salsa and chips....We also liked the heated pool...the hot tub is entirely tooo hot...The room was big but cozy and I slept great...The breakfast omg can't be beat...we couldn't believe all that food was complimentary and hot....omelets made to order great idea!!

Extremely clean. Rooms are very spacious. Very nice breakfast buffet with omelettes made to order the way you like them. Nice variety too. The Prime Rib dinner with the fingerling potatoes and asparagus at the Flying Spoons onsite restaurant, is truly Devine!

The manager reception didn’t offer much. Drinks are very limited. I understand that they are complimentary, however for the amount of the room, more variety would be nice. The pool closes at 11. On the weekends a little later would be nice seeing some guest go out for the evening and would miss the pool hours therefore not really enjoying all of the amenities. Just a thought 🥰

Loved the hotel, so happy we stayed there. The room was a fantastic size for two adults and two toddlers. The bath was a great size and updated. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and we loved having a kitchenette. The manager reception is such a bonus of staying at embassy suites! The staff during breakfast was truly incredible and impressive. They went above and beyond to help me and my two toddlers get food and get settled. They checked on us multiple times and were so friendly to us and everyone there. Breakfast was very good, they had a variety of options!

Main reason we chose this hotel was for the family friendly room and pool. The pool wasn’t great, the water was way too warm and room was very humid. Would love to see improvement at the indoor pool. Manager happy hour-would love to see better snacks / variety of snacks.

Breakfast was great. A lot of alternatives to choose every morning. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The area look very clean always.

Bathroom and the cleanliness of the carpet. The room was dirty, and we found candy papers and a fake nail on the carpet. The pool was dirty and in maintenance and the water very cold.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great! It was centrally located. I loved the evening reception. The bartender was very nice.

The first room they offered me was at the very end of the hallway. Isolated and I didn’t take it. They re issued another room which was more conducive to my needs. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work! The breakfast was horrible! I asked for a waffle and the female cook said they weren’t ready and I received two stale pancakes! While the male cook was fixing my omelette he received a phone call and just walked away from my omelette! The female cook finished it up but it was under cooked!! Needless to say breakfast was less than stellar!

It’s nice and well kept

I wish the patios mimicked each other, only one patio is a nice setup with loungers and fireplaces , the other is just cheap chair and picnic tables. I feel the price is on the high end , only because I recently stayed at Hilton in the same suite and it was nicer/newly renovated /roomier/and about $70 less . They’re both in the same location. Embassy could use some updates but it overall a decent stay.

First, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful during check-in. The front desk attendant showed me around the first floor, as this was my first time staying at this hotel. I received complimentary tickets to attend the Manager's Reception, which was very relaxing and beneficial after a long day of traveling. The room was incredibly spacious, serene, and clean. It definitely feels like a home away from home.

I did not like the energy saving lights. Also, the lighting in the room is dimmer than I would prefer.

The room itself was exactly what we wanted! Very clean and a nice sized suite! The managers reception is a great idea but we could only enjoy it Friday night because of our schedule!

The water pressure in our bathroom sink and kitchen area were horrible! The power went off for about 15 minutes during our stay as we were just off the elevator and on the 4th floor. We were meeting a party downstairs and had to take the stairs! Horrible experience!!

I only stayed one night and would stay at this Embassy Suite again. Friendly staff, breakfast foods were fresh with plenty of choices. I was pleasantly surprised to have a chef cook up an omelette for me. My room was clean and very comfortable.

I had trouble turning out the lights because the room key powered the electric.
