The hotel was quiet & halls & elevators were clean as was the parking lot.

Upon check in we were told our room would be cleaned daily unless we requested different. We requested daily room cleaning & no one came until we asked for it to be cleaned & was told by the front desk that housekeeping had already cleaned the room. Our room also did not have remote for the tv & there were very channels to pick from. The pillows were absolutely horrible & need to be changed ASAP.

The room was clean. It had enough towels, soap, cups, etc.

The reception was unfriendly. Nothing was explained to me. The property charged an unexpected room deposit for incidentals, which exceeded my credit card limit. I had to use my bank card, and the receptionist didn’t know how to use a separate card for the charge. A manager came over to help with the transaction. Afterwards, the receptionist gave me the room cards and told me to park on the other side of the building. No mention of an onsite restaurant ( which I understood there was one) or WI-FI password. She seemed to resent that I needed to use a separate card. Not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Maybe she was having a bad day. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable either. Bed was hard, pillows were flat even though there were two of them.

We knew that the hotel was under.renovation and we woke up to noise on the 3 floor, nothing serious but noticeable.

Just to note the carpet need cleaning it gives the place a sense of old, just a suggestion.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and shop were clean and convenient.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom especially was dirty and could have used a deeper cleaning.

The location was perfect for where we needed to be, The room was easy to find, There were no issues in the room, and We had a nice stay.

I was completely satisfied

I booked through "booking.com" Despite the fact that I had a confirmation number, when I arrived the Marriott had no record of my reservation. It took 30 minutes before I could get a room.

Could have offered a bit more in the tiny fruit cup.

Didn’t quite understand the dinner portion so I ordered Uber eats. It would have been nice to have it explained in a note or on the TV.

I loved the location and the building being accessible by key entry of the guests. I also loved the convenience of stepping outside of my room to a seated area with a firepit. It was quiet and all the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. the location of the hotel put me in close proximity to my family and was surrounded by shopping stores and restuarants.

I had to get my room keys reactivated each night I was there. The breakfast selection was not to my liking. As a Marriott member, I could not get my points to transfer over.

There was next to no food available. Limited breakfast choices. The store had Pepsi and chips, that’s it.
